Obvious incompetence.

To say Debbie's death was a drowning is so stupid. NO ONE swims in a pond. Or puts themself in a barrel.

When the first guy did the dive search he said it was big rusted barrel with holes in it. The barrel that Debbie used for target practice had big holes in it and was rusted. She was in that barrel.

Dang I feel sore for Debbie’s mom ,,, those cops dropped the ball big time. Lazy asses 5 days they waited too look , no barrel now wrong clothes ,, I would sue all of them !!!!!
