@@amieldelacruz7010 I've seen several people speculate that we won't see his 2nd story quest until we're ready to go to the abyss as his statue is the portal/gateway (based on the inscription on the base) and I have to admit, it makes some sense. If his statue and story is tied to the abyss along with his ties to the time goddess then we probably won't see his 2nd story quest til we're near the end of the main story. The anticipation is real tho lol. I'm excited for the story to progress and see more of him, too.

Recently I remembered another possible place, Gurabad, at the end of liloupars quest she showed us the door so there's an entrance, its sunken but there's a possibility of there being ruins, the lore of that place is so crazy I think it would be amazing to explore and find out more details about it!!!

Honestly yeah I think it have high chances of becoming explorable, if I remember right it's the only city in Sumeru's lore that didn't just get buried but fall into some sort of abyss, also they literally teased us with what Liloupar said at the end of that quest, I won't be surprised if we explore it with her, but at the same it would mean that they're gonna give her a character model which idk if it's possible to happen

There are old and maybe destroyed cities. _ Ys is a reference of Ys Island, a legendary island in French folklore who sank under water because of her cursed princess. Maybe in Fontaine. _ Yith is a ref of a alien race in the Lovecraft lore. Maybe this city is somewhere in Sumeru, there are others references of Lovecraft Books in Sumeru. _ Hyperboree is a legendary country in Green mythology who is found far away in the North. It's a land where Apollo go on holidays in the winter season. Possibly in Sneznhaya. _ And Arcadia too was mentionned by Ann. It's a sort of "paradise" in Greek mythology. Maybe in Fontaine or Inazuma. 🤔 I hope too we'll visit those places and they'll be linked to Primordial Civilization.

@@sunglassfrog89 exactly!! Every nation has their own unique enemies and friendly creatures- Mondstadt feels so plain since anything it has is just the basics of all the other nations. It truly deserves more life. Also! We need more towns around Dornman port- with hoping it'll be a big expansion to the size of Mondstadt they cant just have dornman port be the only populated spot because it makes the nation feel so empty. Springvale doesn't even feel like a town and its the only one besides Mondstadt City and the Dawn Winery which is more of just an estate.

Sadly it has long been stated that Mondstadt is the smallest nation in Teyvat so the expansion will not be that big although underground tunnels or mountains can compensate it

But then also it is basically the tutorial zone so maybe its good that its a little simplistic idk

It's tough, but here goes my list : 1 - The Dark Sea. I want to visit more of this place because it would probably be the most likely place to still have infos about Teyvat before the Primordial One came. It's more likely to have escaped Irminsul edits in general. As for the exploration there, I loved Enkanomiya and Enjou was there and I'd LOVE for him to come back. That or run into Skirk. And like... This is the outside of Teyvat. So many things could happen there. So many things could live there. Gimme. 2 - Mare Jivari. I don't think it'd be desert like in Sumeru. I think it's more likely to have a Blazing Heat effect like in the Signora boss fight and maybe lava...? Basically some sort of fire Dragonspine. And while that will make for tougher exploration, I find it extremely exciting. Also I've been curios about Lavawalker and possible expy for Phoenix Fu Hua (parallels with Fenghuang of Vicissitude would be even cooler), I feel like it'd happen there if it happens at all. Also, it gotta have lore about the Cataclysm and I am SO curious. 3 - Dandelion Sea. I wonder if it's not so much about foxes, but witches, because of all the mention of magic. Maybe this place has ties with the blue-eyed Spear Witch and her apprentice Eberhart. That witch appears in Heart's Desire, and while it's not 1:1, the method to reach her also involves a body of water and closing your eyes. The mysterious shopkeeper seem to have some features like a fox too. Mondstadt still has so much hidden lore (like whatever is still sealed at the bottom of Stormterror's lair), and the little crumbs about Parsifal and his peers have me so intrigued... I think that's be a really cool place, but maybe it'll turn out different from what we imagine. All of this gives me Avalon and Lady of the Lake vibes instead. I think that's what this place and the lore about the Dandelion Sea will be more about, so I hope we'll get it. 4 - Dornman Port. I'm looking forward to our next Mondstadt expansion and this is the most likely candidate. I just feel like the port alone would be too small an addition, so I wonder what else will come with it. The maps of the more recent regions are so fun and beautiful, I see this place as the chance for our first region to get an update, so all the experience the developers gained from these last years, can profit the lands of the Anemo Archon too. 5 - Haeresys. I had forgotten that place. Could be spooky and creepy, that's cool. And dead gods remains are such a cool lore topic. But Dottore isn't the Harbinger that has my attention the most. For now. So kinda lukewarm about getting this place. 6 - Mont Esus. I didn't know about it until your video. And it doesn't sound that interesting to me for now. I don't see what it would be tied to and climbing doesn't sound fun either so... last. I'll need the game to give me more crumbs about it to get interested. I was very surprised it wasn't mentioned, but in between the Dandelion Sea and Dornman Port, I'd put the Blackcliff Forge. I think that's a place we will go to. There's lots of crumbs about the weapons and craftsmen of Liyue already, especially Kunwu. And yes, I think Khaenri'ah could be on the list. Surprisingly, I'd put it after the Dark Sea Still, second place is high.

Another potential that I think of would be Blackcliff Forge and The Purple Sea. Blackcliff Forge entrance being near to the Golden House and I was expecting some kind of exploration later on even if it's just a small area. As for the Purple Sea, it is mentioned by an NPC named Berat in Port Ormos who mention everytime they look at the direction if assumingly Watatsumi Island the sea turns purple. It would be a nice thing to explore, maybe we get to see a lore for the Electro Sovereign within the depths of the Purple Sea and we get an underwater exploration outside of Fontaine, that would be cool although might be challenging to figure that out lore wise since we can explore Fontaine Underwater because of the statue.

People keep forgetting Ningguang's 'Snow that falls over Liyue'😡 I wanna see that! She promises one day she'll take us there!!

My one and only awaited place is the underground Bellow monstad's city lake. That shadows below water is suspicious. Next is Natlan because I want it to be the place where random npc fighting each other, random world boss fight each other, and a province with high temperature health decreasing mechanics similar to dragonspine.

considering how dorman port has been even mentioned in recent events and their placeholder mountains getting swapped their surely coming possably before natlan. Considering " dreams " of whats happening next for fontaine most of its areas will soon be accessable. Now the other stuff have only few mentions from ooooold patches/lore drops from books etc.

Well, out of these, I think we're closer to getting Mare Jivari, since we're getting closer to Natlan and all. Dornman port is getting mentioned more and more, so I'd wager on we getting it next year after the Natlan archon quest, both because it is north of Monstadt, which is a good stepping stone for Snezhnaya, but we also got more mentions of Chenyu Vale about a year prior to it's release, so it fits. No clue about the others though

I think it would be cool if an island erupted out of the sea in between inazuma and the rest of teyvat as part of some sort of late game questline. Just because inazuma feels so far away from everything, which i know it was intentional but itd make the map feel a bit more connected which i like

Dornman will probably be avaible at some point cause Eula mention the place during the potion event that happen recently. So I guess it could appear pretty soon. As for mont Esus, It will probably be te remaining zone of Fontaine cause you still cant level fontaine statue to max level

For me i'd like the dark sea area which is strongly linked to the archon war, and one of the core time periods. Likely we'd get information that zhongli wont tell us (good or bad) about that contract he agreed to with a certain someone. I'm thinking though if the info about the manga story based around the archon war is correct then we wont get this area until the manga has come out.

I would LOVE to see Dandelion Sea. I guess it is in another layer (like Chasm, Enkonomiya…) as no playable or non playable except Venti went there, but I think it won’t be underground - you know, anemo, air, all these stuff. I really hope it will need mechanic related to glider to be explored as Mondstand doesn’t have any specific mechanic like other countries (Liyue - that blue crystal in the Chasm, Inazuma - these electro teleport things…) and again, anemo = air, and gliders were given in Mondstand. And also it will drop on us something related to Venti, and I’m 90% sure of it. Anyway, thanks for reading my guesses if anyone did it

Eula did say that she met Beidou at Dornman Port during recent alchemy event. That’s when I thought they’d probably release the area soon. Seems like it’s been mentioned pretty frequently lately.

I know it's a month-old video, but I have to address your concerns about the Mare Jivari. A "mare" is a very large basaltic volcanic flow plain, similar to a dried up flood basin, that results from very long periods of volcanic activity. The large, dark splotches on the moon are the Lunar Mares, and Mars' surface is rather famously (within the astronomy community at least) nearly 60% mares, with the largest (Mare Erythreum) being visible with even a smaller telescope. Basaltic lava is more fluid than other types of lava, thus allowing the "sea of fire" to appear as a sea, and not just chunky blobs of lava scattered around, or even the thick, putty-like lava that Hollywood loves so much. All of that out of the way, the Mare Jivari is likely the cooled off remnant of a large volcanic basin; extremely massive, probably within the "rain shadow" of the mountains of Sumeru AND the volcanoes of Natlan, and likely on the other side of the desert, the Mare Jivari would be a volcanic wasteland - while some areas may still be volcanically active, the large majority of it would just be ash and stone for miles upon miles. Just to clear things up a little bit. Mare Jivari is the one place I want to see in Genshin even more than Khaenri'ah.

Pls we really need a mond expansion and venti second story quest with varka and alice appearances and horses for the Calvary captain 💀 Also if i remember correctly barbara said that the defiled statue has been lost centuries ago so it can't be that (unless im wrong and i don't remember what she said correctly)

Dornman port and/or Dandylion Sea would be neat if they were included for this year's summer update. Make it a permanent location instead of a temporary event landscape.

This is really random, but, do you think the energy the "sinner" and defiled statue produced could be basically a drug? For example, it eases hilichurls psychological pain and we've seen it ease/trance humans, except, the ones with the curse don't seem to die, like we've seen with the normal deceased fatui harbinger who submit to what i believe should be the aftermath of taking this "drug". But then if thats the case, what do you think is the reason for seemingly targeting specifically the Abyss?

Dormant Port ? probably not very soom maybe in the last patches of natlan probably 5.6 because going to snezhnya through mondstadt makes more sense to me than Natlan to Snezhnya that if we are not going throut Fountain

i hope they release that area between lilue and dragon domaine, as when the paimon barrior removal glitch was aroudn and i explored there these collectibles there and NO RAESON that should be paimon barriored.

Mount Esus seems the most likely for version 4. We're due for another part of Fontaine... possibly in 4.6 or 4.7, and we need a connection to Natlan. While that connection could be in Sumeru, I think Mount Esus could have that connection. Dornman Port seems more like the stepping off point for Snezhnaya, so I'm betting on Dornman Port in version 5 (like we got Chenyu Vale in version 4).

4.6 is going to be expanding fontaine. Though there is so much, so I dont think it can all happen in 1 update. There is mount Esus, there is a huge part on the north east of fontaine thats just chilling with water, and there is Remuria which is south of fontaine.

There is a possibility the new 4.6 will be Mont Esus the leakers stated there will be map expansion but I didnt find any mentions about where will be the expansion

It can be in 3 different places. Most likely Remuria, which is south of fontaine.

Remuria is a ruins which is part of Fontaines land. South from Fontaine is Sumeru and Liyue area which can be seen from the rocks that border around Fontaine,

for me the Dark Sea could be an unnanounced chapter since in the teaser for genshin Kh'anriah didn't have an exact chapter number, so think after Snezhnaya something bad will happen that we'll have to go to the dark sea to gather the old gods and fight the abyss after that we'll go to Kh'anriah
