[Unreal Engine 5.4.2] Top Down Shooter EP.23 - Look At Mouse Cursor v.3

Hello everyone. In the previous video about tracking the mouse position, I included the possibility to work with a Z-rotated spring arm. However, there was nothing about working with rotation by another axis, and I didn't think those methods fit those situations.
Now, I will show you solution which covers those cases
After this video, there will be three approaches to look at mouse in top down shooter on my channel. If the current method doesn't suit you, you can choose another one...
In this video I use Unreal Engine 5.4.2

Following this tutorial, I'm encountering an issue where moving my mouse does not rotate the character at all. The issue seems to come from the "Deproject Screen to World" function, as it is outputting the same World Direction regardless of mouse location. I know the mouse is being properly tracked, because I can see the output Location X and Location Y being tracked when debugging. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? I'm not sure what I'm missing here

Hi, If your camera rotates, you have probably applied rotation to the camera.
