I also had to open my suitcase for additional security while traveling through London's airport and the security guy complimented my packing style 🤣. He even apologized for moving things around. The ego boost made the additional checking less annoying. Packing cubes for the win!

Would be cool if you made a series of packaging video showing different packing methods like the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 method and the 3 top, 2 bottums 1 lay, and other alike. And then at last made a comparison video where you share you your overall thoughts on them 😄

I am going to sp and rio in just a few weeks. About a month ago Brazil announced they aren't requiring them until 2025, glad I'm not the only one who was suckered into getting a visa that I wont even need yet.

Love your video and both bags look really beautiful . I got a similar coment once from a tsa agent ( can’t remember which country ) . He said this is the most organised bag I have ever seen . Now that was a proud moment . I am commenting this as I have learnt a lot from you how to be organised :) so thank you XXX

Calpak never wants to work with me, and I find that their products always break. I wish I could.

Great video! I had my packing list I’m riding for my trip to New Zealand and Australia next year printed out, and added some items to it. Also, since I’m 5’4”, when I buy dresses or skirts on line I get midi which is maxi on me.

You look gorgeous in orange! I need to look at Vessi shoes. The exterior of the July Trunk looks unused.

I just spent a very rainy day at Plitvice Lakes National Park (100 waterfalls and 16 lakes) hiking all day and the Vessi weekenders you recommended kept my feet dry the entire 9 hour full of puddles day! So grateful for your promotion of Vessi- more of them in my future!

I love love your video. So helpful. I would be interested in the Bolivia trip. Also, when you are doing A LOT of walking did you wear your tennis shoes or crocs.

I wore my crocs as much as I could! I always do :) I’m working on the Bolivia trip, but the tour guides aren’t the best at responding, so I may need to find another one!

It’s sold separate, or you can get the belt bag which is like a 2 in 1. You can also wear it like a purse when you aren’t traveling!

Will you be traveling to China? We just booked for China for 2025 - a private land tour & then a cruise - I’m a little nervous but excited too!

Our China tour cancelled For November 2023. It’s not currently on my list for 2024 or 2025, but you never know!

Where did they require to check your July carryon trunk? I took it to Australia in March and April, and although they didn’t make me check it coming back, Hawaiian Air did weigh it and make me reduce it to 11 kilos. If I didn’t have a checked bag to switch things to, I probably would have had to check it. I was just wondering if it was weight that got you or size. I will be spending the month of October in Brazil, so looking forward to it!

It was just an extra security check between Bolivia and Brazil before customs, not anything with weight.

Oh sorry I just re-read it and saw check the bag. It was on a tiny tiny tiny plane from La Paz to Uyuni. No one was allowed a carry on at all.

How much did your carryon packed weigh?

I didn’t weigh it because I didn’t have to, but I’m sure it was about 22 pounds
