Comadre be careful with the caffeine, I recently had a caffeine overdose and it was the scariest feeling ever and had to go to the hospital. I was alone with my son when it was happening and thought I was going to have a seizure or something. Pls cuidate mucho no tomes tanto caffeine.

@Bnl_Ale yeah, I started getting dizzy, feeling like I was going to faint, my heart started accelerating, i sat on my couch and felt really weird like if i was going to seize, then got super sleepy i could barely stand up, getting nauseous, diarrea, peeing a lot, and a headache. All that happened in a span of about 8 hours more or less. The headache, diarrea, and nausea lasted about 3-4 days.

@aliciabarajas4472 I only did one "bigger" spoonful than normal, it really wasn't a lot, I hadn't drank coffee in a few days, and it only took that small amount for it to happen. I don't want to imagine what would happen with 2 or more drinks that contain caffeine.

Good morning. When I was younger around your age the same thing happened with acne. I was one not to have acne.I had to take the IUD out. Then was put onto ortho tri cyclen birth control pills that helps with clearing up acne. We have 2 eldest kids and a younger child that completes our fam and I chose a tubal ligation. That’s another option you’ll come across one day. Overall God bless and your doing a great job Mama/Comadre.
