We played She Hulk and the T-rex against the alien invader with the blob and loveland frog yesterday. We accidentaly used all 4 wave cards for the alien invader. We won but the Rex was down to just 5 health when Shulky crushed the alien with a 9 damage attack.

@@MeetMeAtTheTable Just got back from playing a 4 player game: Robin hood, Tesla, Muldoon and the Raptors vs Alien invaders, Queen ant, Loveland frog, Tarantula and the Skunk ape. Between the raptors and all our side kicks it felt like we had a whole army. The minions were shosen to give us the most cards in the initiative deck. I expected the game to last a while but we finnished it in slighty over an hour and a half not counting setup. The Raptors almost took out the frog on turn one but then where the first to die. You really want ranged fighters, because with 4 melee fighters it's josteling to find a good spot. Sadly we failed to stop the invasion. damn aliens tanked some of our best attacks. Took it down to 7 before it hit it's victory condition.

@@Rosemaryn-pg8rq Sorry I meant the initiative cards for the invader, not the 4 wave tokens.

I played Spiderman vs the Mothman and tarantula with the event card that keeps adding threat each turn. Was a very short game as Spidey made short work of the Mothman. I'm gonna try Muldoon and Tesla together. Lay traps and then move the enemies into them.

SHulk has 20 health, can do up to 3 dmg each turn, has 9 power atacks. How is it even balanced

Enjoyed the playthrough, but it seems with just two villains to choose from it will get repetitive very quickly. I know you can add extra difficulty but variety would have been better for the cost of the game.

Oh totally agree, I want way more than 2 villains. The minions can also change it up and there are 6 of them. I will say from what I understand there is already an Unmatched Adventures 2 in the works with 4 more villains? Not sure on the amount of Villains but everyone has given the feedback to them that villain quantity is the most important here. So hoping this is the start of a new line for this and in a couple years we have a bunch of villains to choose from!

I would assume with how successful tales to amaze is that more villains are coming . That being said I don’t know if it is going to be another ks or just straight to retail.
