Unmarked police vehicle seen leaving the outer cordon at the multiple stabbing incident in Reading town centre earlier. Think its possible Thames valley police?

    Nice, i'm not sure who's that is. I think it is TVP, but a small chance it's NCA.

    NCA have the NCA Logo on all of there Cars and Uniforms as they want the criminals there are after to see them coming. Also it distinguishes them from other Enforcement Operations.
