Yeah, that is definitely closer to actual BRG than over the black base; I think it’s the red in the cherry damping out the blue inherent in the pearl.

When I hear British Racing Green I immediately think of the Historic Lotus F1 cars, that BRG is a rich deep forest or evergreen colour, this colour, although lovely, has a strong blue tinge which pushes it away from what, imho, a BRG is. Once again the speedshapes at the end reveal some lovely varients, my favorite being Black Cherry followed by Anthracite Grey. These speedshapes are great and if you're not already doing so, I would strongly suggest that you put some screen shots on to your website as you work through these colours and pigments to give people more ideas for what could work well with their cars.

Absolutely agree. This is a beautiful color, (although I'd prefer a glossier finish) but it's not BRG, and the black cherry overspray is gorgeous!

Yeah, definitely too blue. Its nice, but its not the real deal at all. Having seen plenty of cars actually British Racing Green in real life since I'm in the UK.

Nailed it…that’s a “5”! Looks like the Aston Martin F1 cars on the grid right now.

Not bad over the anthracite, I preferred the black cherry in the speedshapes personally. I really want to see what a candy black over anthracite looks like(thinking that's how I want to actually paint my car)

Idea for new series. Cover popular OEM colors. Color shifts are cool. But they start to look the same over time. This rendition seems a little too blue IMO. It could be the satin. BMW malachite green, oxford green, would be great to see.

On a scale of 1-5, it's a 100. I love that green.

Not sure if it's BRG or not, but it DOES look like the special Valkyrie green they did. Very cool, either way

Basically, British Racing Green is any shade of green on a British racing car. There is no specific colour.

Really a nice subtle color and is obviously a five. Over the black cherry was fantastic. It gave it a different darker depth.

Also, LOVE the idea of going both the crazy experimental way AND the more down to earth everyday joe way mixed....love the weird combos, but those down to earth ones are a breath of fresh air sometimes

Wow... One of the better in many years! It looked really good with the matte black base, but I think it could have become even better with a black cherry base! WOW!

As someone who loves BRG and recently had my own painted BRG base with a colourshift this is gorgeous. Even better over the cherry black.

Oh, YEAH - a solid 5. Gorgeous color, and better then the average blue or green shades generally available for most vehicles.... gives a surprisingly subtle yet really sweet highlight effect over the Pure Purple & White colors, as well!

the green and bronze look good together. I really like the green in satin too...i'm usually a 'shiny and sparkly' kind of guy but that really looks good in matte/satin

5/5. This is one of those colors that I always think looks amazing but it's not a color I would personally choose for my car.

What I love about British Racing Green is how tightly maintained it is across multiple platforms. Paint, fabric, print, plastics, the "goal" is 100% match across the gamut of products. Color shifting is extremely tight, staying within the blue-teal-green. If possible, there is a metallic particle to it, usually reserved for racing vehicles. KP did a masterful attempt at it, only needing a slight bit more green to the direct on view. But if you didn't put this against something already rated as BRG, you wouldn't notice the difference. Definitely a 4.5/5 on the color. They are EVER so close on it. As for on the speed shapes, forgetaboutit. I did like it over the Black Cherry, pushing more towards the teal. But it loses the focus of the BRG being BRG. Hats off to KP Pigments for being off the wall and innovative on their products. They are willing to try to push the envelope and they have some fantastic stuff.

I was so impressed by this color that I had to order it for my fishing lure business and use it to color my plastic lures, ie...worms and such. And it's an incredibly huge hit. Thank you for bringing these colors to everyone. Definitely rate this as a 5!!!

This is absolutely awesome. My first vehicle was a 1974 Series 3 Land rover pickup in British racing green Matt with a gold pinstripe going down the side. It was stunning and the combination of the car and wheels made me thing of my old Landy.

Not sure if I'm just seeing what I want to see, but that looks a lot like the stunning green Aston Martin uses. Gorgeous! Looks badass over Anthracite and Black Cherry too!!

You really can’t go wrong with the classics, and British Racing Green is one of the kings of classics. I’d paint my car this colour is an instant.

Tbh, I think this is one of the best looking colors I've seen so far on the channel. I'm usually not a fan of satin finishes on automobiles but this looks sick AF on the Audi especially with the bronze colored wheels.

As much as I enjoy the more "experimental" shifts and pearls, it's good to see more classic colors. This was a little too blue to be a true BRG, but it reminded me of old Colombian Emeralds with the hint of teal. Very classy!

Great job on the color... Imo British Racing Green has a little more metallic and Sheen to it, but this is beautiful! Also, I like the idea of bringing back more subtle and user friendly colors to showcase for the average daily driver.

Definitely a 5 for me. I would have loved to see it on the DYC Mustang for some Bullitt vibes. Also thanks for adding the additional base examples at the end of the videos. Very helpful!

I saw it again. The UPS truck trailer at your Florida wearhouse. AND you just got through saying this channel will re-emphasize 'regular' projects with colors we would like to use. Hope this doesn't mean you can't show us a large vehicle with an amazing DipYourCar treatment. What would it look like to see a big UPS truck in say British Racing Green. Too many simple flat surfaces for a hypershift? I don't know, but I'd like to see a truly large vehicle given the DipYourCar treatment sometime.

Over black cherry looked amazing. Over white looked like a granite stone effect which wasn’t bad on the small scale but on full size, the particles would probably be too small and make it look dirty

When it’s dry, it’s easier to tell. But it looks like you’re going to be spot on.

Looks like British Racing Teal to me. A strong 5. This could easily go on my car. Over the Dark Cherry is outstanding also, and , believe it or not, over white. The soft purples are just out there. Another great video.

One of my electric guitars is in need of a new paint job. This green pearl is what I need, over a blue or pueple for sure. I don't spray the plastidip coating but this pearl will go perfectly in an oil based clear. I hope to be in touch soon to buy a small amount.

Ooh, yeah. I knew I liked this as soon as you started spraying. I like a lot of the crazy colors aesthetically, but I wouldn’t really want to live with them, this I definitely could. 5/5. The black cherry one was also stunning, and over the white it was very subtle but I liked the hint of color.

This looks great over black, but wonderful over black cherry but I also like the subtle hint on the white as well. It’s a 4 out of 5 for me. IF I drove and had a car I’d go for the purples and blues myself, but for something different this would be a contender

I also like your speech at the end where you mention how you are going to hybridize the videos to show everyday colors as well as the experiments I think that is a good idea moving forward for sure! you probably get more action on the website and your channel of people wanting to see options to DIY their own cars and see other ideas that maybe the audience never thought or considered doing to their car. great idea man I will be watching for more for sure 👍 👌

Isle Of Man Green was one of my recent favorites on the M4. I'm glad that chalk white and nardo gray seem to be dying off in favor of some seriously great colors.

LOVED IT!! Tbh I recall British Racing Green having a bit less bluish hues to it but this seems extremely close! Either way I loved the colour and I’d definitely put it on my truck. I’d give it a 4.5👍🏼
