If you want perfect skin then you will have to do plastic surgery and botox, fillers. Only plastic surgery can make you perfect. That goes for plastic surgery, you're not going to achieve "perfect" skin from that either, it's more of enhancing and correcting features. Skin care is more important than surgery in my opinion.
