That was the best choreographed-marble-rolling-fluid-art painting I've ever seen! My marble always seems to take the road less traveled by.

Thanks so much Tara! Yes, getting the marble to go where you want it can be challenging. I like a thick layer of paint where the marble is traveling through.
GORGEOUS!!! This has beautiful movement and I love the way you did the circular center creating all those tiny cells. Couldn't be better than it already is.

Maybe it was the winter in general! I think it's the first winter since Covid that things felt like pre-covid. Very Busy! I think I went like 3 or 4 months without painting. It just overwhelmed me. But then I cleaned up my art studio, varnished some paintings, changed a few things around. Biggest thing is I got inspired. I made probably the most beautiful painting I've ever made and got the bug back! This is cool! I've seen the marble, and the spiral swipe but not together! Gives a "Starry Night" vibe to me!

I love it!. I don't mind the cursing. I live in a house with lots of potty mouth, lol. You're a great teacher. I tried a marble once but I didn't like it. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I didn't try it with cells, which is a game changer.

This turned out beautiful. I love using the marble. I just did one on my channel for a Valentine's collab that I loved. It gives great effects. I understand completely about the artists block. I don't think there are too many artists out there that hasn't went through it at one point or another, but you pulled out of that beautifully. Love the colors and end result is gorgeous. Beautifully done. ❤

I friggin love it! I love all your videos. You teach and speak like you are just hanging out with a friend, which makes you so relatable... wirty dords and all! I hate the stupid bubbles too, btw. You have a real talent! I dig all the pieces you've posted and you have inspired me to keep plugging away. Thanks for that!One qstn, what paint do you use for the base? Same for all techniques?
@manolimotion
5 ай бұрын
Hi Julie! Thank you so much! :-) For this painting, I used master's touch permanent black liquid acrylics for the base. The base paint varies depending on the technique and color. Hope that helps! :-)
Love the color combination very much and loved overall all the paintings. u have a good eye for colors and I wonder if you have a video for the pink/ brown painting in ypur back. I love it!!!!!!!!

Hi Dawn! Thanks so much! Dont be discouraged, this technique takes a lot of practice. Took me several attempts and lots of trial and error. Just keep trying....you got this! :-)
You should try preparing a canvas with Golden crackle paste then doing fluid art over it to see how it behaves. I don't know if it would give you more mosaic features or if it would just fill in the mosaic cracks and wouldn't make a difference? I'd try it but don't have the studio space for this kind of art. My wife would kill me, lol!!
