Unlock the Art of Flavour: Essential Books for Ingredient Pairing
When I first got into cooking, the concept of pairing flavours and combining ingredients fascinated me. After several years, lots of cooking and lots of research I feel like I have a good understanding of flavour and how to pair ingredients, but also appreciate that there's also a near infinite amount to learn on the subject.
Throughout my journey, these 3 books have been instrumental in my growth and understanding of flavour pairings. I would highly recommend all of the following books and as you'll see by watching the video, review them quite highly.
