Hi Sergio, My wife Marci got into painting while she was battling an illness. She had to go back for treatment. When she finished with her surgery,and treatment she asked me to bring up some of her supplies. She is working on a journal and is showing her illness (leukemia and anemia) through art. I now understand why she loves corrosion. I owe you a huge thank you. You have given her a way to enjoy life and deal with stress. I just wanted to tell you that you have made a great contribution to her fight. She said to thank you, and i do as well. We will get through this, and she promises to watch you again when she is home. I appreciate you for giving her something to help her fight this. Thanks so much again. Oh my! Incredible work on the beautiful bust Sergio! You really ‘aged’ her well. Great deal of patience and insight knowing what colours bring out this effect. I love it! I love all the other tutorials too . They bring back memories of other wonderful techniques that I forgot! I’m working on a tricky piece now as I inlaid seashells and sand dollar into the lower part of the painting and have done about 5 layers on it to produce a sand effect as well but thinking about the sponge colour layers to put over it lightly in this part to represent tropical waters and mostly the blue sky above it. Sort of like what you showed us about 3 weeks ago with the cobalt blue base,then gold ,then blue and white spread,etc working around the shells has been challenging! I take my time to think about what effect I want and how to do it! You really get my mind going at about 5:30 in the am lolol! I love it! Thanks dear Sergio!❤

Your current project sounds fascinating! Inlaying seashells and sand dollars and layering to create a sand effect is impressive. Sorry I haven't commented for the last several videos. I fell and hurt my back. Thankfully my new hip is fine. I looked at the beginning of this visit and said " an hour! I can't watch for an hour! But of course I had to watch every minute!! LOL I just love your videos, and this was a great one!!! Thanks so much for your teaching your wonderful techniques!!!
