Also being good at and being the best at are entire diferent things, being good at something can be achieved out of time and effort, being the best can be health when is more of a goal than the point of your jorney, the best aproach is not to compromise the jorney by putting a finish line that can or cannot ever be achieved, i love competition and never got to be the world champiom on something, but i aways found being the best that i could and still improving and reach some very incredible ranks will come naturally, my team got 4 place on a team competition world wyde, it was insanely surprising and awesome, also whe took that as a aditional reason to keep training and trying.

A point that is crucial on that subject is that the there is no finish line, the time sugested is the minimun to get results of effort, the journey is the objective, the results dont come all at once after a specific amount of time, it comes small but constant the entire jorney and is very influenced by the amount of effort or/and dedication invested and as a personal advice, the path that will get a better chance of becoming a lot easyer to invest are the ones who have a meaning for you, witch can be a lot of diferent things to diferent people, from health body and/or mind to happyness and self respect any of those a lot of others have diferent values to diferent people and any and all inprovements that are obtain by putting your back into it will be special, being a lot better on a entire difent aspect of your life can surprise you, in a good way, the dedication on itself to a activity that you seek for improvment is an already one aspect that will help on a lot of diferent aspects of life that you are improving.

step 2 is a tricky one, finding the one thing that your good at is tough, in my mind i think of the things that im actually good nothing stands out when it comes to the different paths of work i do im roughly the same, for context so this all makes sense, im able to put absolute minimum effort in my part time admin job and still do good work, earlier in my studies, i did excel at physics and maths and recently i came across devops engineer which is a branching out of coding pretty much im pretty good at that, i guess wat im actually good at is problem solving and critical thinking. great video step 3 really made me understand why working out helps, i noticed i would do so much work on the days i worked out and i didnt know why

I think step 2 have some issues, for example if u want to become a scientist but ur not sure if u are good in that and actually good in another thing like speaking an abroad language. What do ı need to do in that situation like ı am good in speaking abroad language but ı want to become a scientist

Yes, it’s hard to find what we are truly good at. I would suggest trying hard at both for some time (maybe 3 months) to get an idea of how you like it, and how you compare to other people. From there, I would pick one and invest 10,000 hours into it to become an expert in that, and build a career from it Though if you are still studying, you still have time

@@sorex_yt some of his ideas sound rather conservative. Although I try to follow other ideas of him that I can get behind. His ideas are of course better. But it seems that you are on the right track. Learning and growing. With time, I hope your ideas will get even better.
