Every cap need to be upgraded. I can't play this game more than 2 hours a day. I'm at max caps, max weight on me and max weight in my stach. And my 120 slots in vendor are full. In end game you just pass your time to wait until the refresh

I don't think that would make much difference really. I have 5 characters on 3 accounts, nearly all are maxed caps. It would help new players probably but really wouldn't change much for the end gamers

Whsts the point on having 5000 levels? It gives you some benefit in terms of Life damage? Or infinite caps, when you bought all projects caps are useless

I hope they do a drastic XP buff for other parts of the game, when players gravitate to a boring farm like this its usually a sign XP is lacking everywhere else.

I have been using this trick for a couple of weeks now to farm huge amounts of ammo as well. One popping the auditors with a cremator nets serious excess fuel.

1 dumb question, but why did you get 38% bonus xp from cranberry relish? I have herbivore mutation but got only around 13%. Im also in grp and have strange in numbers + a mate with mutations too in my grp.

Hi I'm sorry to have to ask, I know that this has nothing to do with the video but I was just wanting to ask a quick question about special perks, do they stay the same perks for every build that you do or are they able to change for every build? I love the xp video and will definitely be giving it a go before it gets buffed lol

you can change out SPECIAL allocation and perk cards whenever you like. They are not set in stone, so builds are really easy to change around.

If you mean legendary perk cards, those stay the same on every build unless you spend a perk point to swap it out

I'm doing this now, giving myself a west tech break. I go in kill a few then get on the bus and stand at the door and let them all come to me. It doesn't fill my weight fast because hardly any weapons drop. It will take longer the higher you are. I was level 329 when I started this, am now 372. It's takes me about 1hr 15min to go up 2 levels and gain about 6 to 10 thousand units of fuel using my Devil flamer aka holy fire. Just using relish some lunch boxes and we'll rested. By the way great channel only 1 I'm subbed to have half a notebook filled will tips and tricks from your channel.👍

means doing a West Tek Center xp run, West tek center is located right below the huge radio array dish on the map and has super mutants including legendaries and quite difficult foes. you can just go there and clear, it is used in certain quests but you don't have to get them done to enter the place

The bonus to running Tax Evasion is more ammunition and stim pack rewards. You can resupply in 30m to an hour running it, then head out and play the game elsewhere without worrying about them. Really wish they would just rebalance the overall game, so we didn't need to do this kind of stuff though.

They have massively improved it. Ammo used to be just in ammo boxes/crafting, enemies only dropped the ammo for what they were attacking with. Now, almost everything you kill drops ammo for the weapon you are using.

If you have unyielding armor and a good amount of perk points in Intelligence with cranberry relish like I did on a team I breeze through board walk in like 7m max and level up 1 level each time as a level 250 it’s crazy

I do board walk allot in a good team, full unyielding brain bombs, relish etc. 1 level per trip at level 250 may be an exaggeration as its 20k xp + around 400xp per kill and it takes allot more xp to level up after 200. If youre level 20 though can get 4 levels per trip or something silly.

@@hector-tp3pv it takes 15880 xp to level up at 250. So You're saying you can get 130k XP from kills in 1 expedition? Thats over 300 kills if you get 400xp per kill with maxed out intel + unyielding + relish + bombs + herbivore. There aren't that many enemies. Correct me if im wrong though

Thanks for the tip. It's also a great way to collect fuel for Flamer or Cremator. Some of the enemies drop 50 or 100 fuel.

I like throwing all but one of the bags and wait till the timer is almost up for farming so i can still get the bonus.

Speedrun the most sensational game, super quick, good xp and ammo, 100 caps each run guaranteed if you claim the teddy bear plus more from enemies.

Aha, I mentioned this strat just the other day on r/fo76 to a guy complaining about other players joining him and speedrunning The Sensational Game expedition when he was doing it to grab ammo. My suggestion was to either do Daily Ops solo as everything in a Daily Op drops ammo, or to make and remake Tax Evasion expeditions until the the truck toss quest appears. I was suggesting it for ammo, but it's pretty good for everything. XP, caps, stims, and of course ammo.

That's the thing, it might be good for those people because they are finally getting exp. But just do Flooded city with the Creamater. One hit they blow up 1 shot groups. It's a short run but for 1 hit kills for everyone go with the Creamyor and Flooded city just run the mission and fly through. Tons of exp tons of fuel And also keep in mind your level and perks. You run through stuff like terminator. A lot of people are a lot newer so they don't have everything you do or can do. So that Def is great exp for them

Like @Cruusher said, a 100k cap limit would be absolutely amazing if they threw that along with the new area update! More players from the show, returning players to check out the new update/season, they busted out all of the limited time events consecutively. The eceonmy is semi booming right now and alot of caps are flowing but after the update, not to sure how itll go

This has been patched with the new expansion update ☝️ I was using this expedition to farm for a few months but now after a few waves of enemies they stop spawning 😔

I've actually never done the WestTek grind. Still having fun even if it's not at your pace.

This does look pretty chill, wouldn't this be particularly good for xp leeching? just get a group of 4 and take in turns killing the mobs whilst the rest afk? Or if you know your buddy wants to go cook dinner/make a drink you can pop into one of these and do a bit of chill grinding.

Not sure if they've nerfed this or i hit a bug or was just unlucky, but i tried this last night and all i was getting from the mobs was ammunition, no caps, no gear, no junk, nothing else.

I like to run west tech but I have to leave everything to reset. Doing the elevator part makes it glitch out when I come back up.

I’ve been having good luck speed running boardwalk in a group for XP when westek gets boring

Besides this little exploit (because they keep spawning after the timer when they shouldn't, I guess) I feel like when you have to collect the evidence from the overgrown in the vault, they won't stop spawning until you gather all the evidence pieces. You could try this as well if the optional one doesn't RNG for you. 🤷

Im New to the game currently lvl 15, what are the benefits of leveling beyond lvl 50, isnt 50th lvl like the max of getting New perks? Please explain it like you would to A Child Im already Lost with every thing

i feel like, running board walk over and over is more rewarding. Since you get legendary modules as well and it takes like 5 mins to complete, averages out to 7mins a run with loadtimes

Have you tested the west tek nerfpocalypse on the pts yet im hearing lvl 75 cap now and not respawning enemies .... any truth to it

Potential for ammo is already reason for me to try it out, and XPs next season will again come handy, I dont run west tec, since it needs specific stuff to be done and I am not of people who enjoy going just meta build, strategy and equipment and consumables, and my new pepper shaker is ammo hungry

You can still pull decent gains with minimal setup. Consider keeping a "workhorse" weapon off to the side just for farming, perhaps a minigun due to getting massive dumps of ammo after events like Eviction Notice. Spare script? Roll for a Mutant's/-90% weight for a decent little farmer. Also remember: Herbivore will never NOT be slept in. Always keep a spare in your stash if possible if someone is selling. Plant gourds at your camp, snaptail reed for sugar, Green Thumb --> cranberries and biggity bam! Relish AND cobbler running at 2x effects + brainFun soup + the team xp on top on lunchboxes? Yes, please. I'm still kicking myself for not getting the Brain Bombs recipe out of someone's vendor once. :P

@@raventamer99 given that I got only two unlocked build slots, I dont really plan to get some XP/gathering one and I find many perk swappimg just too annoying for me, so I just go with what I have, usually I am getting fine XP on expeditions or events, sure, not 50 season levels first day or whatever, but I managed to get all season items so far since nuka park one, which was first season I played whole, I joined game towards end of previous season and damn, if I knew what about it was, I could had that autpaxe from there.. If I had one more build slot, I would probably go for that kind of max XP.. nuka grenades can be easily crafted for me usually, and some can be also bought from nuka terminal, which is thing none seem to mention in any 'fast XP' guides, none seem to really use that terminal since thirst zapper isnt new funny contraption

Just run the whole expédition its acutally more entertaning then westek and i get around 2 to 3 level everytime no lunchbox anything lots of amo once you get to buttercup to not waste ammo just use à flametrower

A suggestion I have for fallout programmers is to permanently increase the scrip amount. This way we can get rid of more legendary weapons. I say rid because once you leave the machine it gets permanently deleted. While if you sell it it will go into the vendor and not get removed. This way it will free up memory on servers cuz I know most of us have a crap ton of legendary weapons and armor we just can't get rid of and end up dropping it, or storing it in a mule character. Which both those don't free up memory.

The mutants on the PTS are back to level 100, so currently thers no 'nerf'

Wouldn't it be better too keep running expeditions? Get xp then a bulk of it too?

I did Uplink solo and kept having swarms of bloodeagles. Started with 5000 fuel and ended with like 20k

Just run in and kill the 30 plus super mutants than exit and repeat. Sell all the weapon pickups if needed otherwise scrap them. They have alot of xp.

Has Quad Rifle. Reloads after 5 bullets everytime....

i was just at a camp were this dude had about 75 armco ammo machines all full of 45 ammo the machines that produce ammo was he hacking or duplication glitch or something?

How do you get 80 a rounds clip on the Handmade? I put on the drum magazine and only have 30 rounds

Quad legendary perk not a mod, the quad effect doesn't multiply with high capacity magazine either. If you get a quad gun and add an extended mag, the extanded mag will just add on top of the already multiplied base number of ammunition.

lol I figured this out really early on in the year with my BF, I was trying to kill all the enemies and they just kept coming. Great for fuel farming. About 1k per 30mins. Noticed an uptick when new player joined the instance. This also gets boring after 3-4 hours. Would love to try this during double XP weekend.

If you check his channel, he has a bunch of informative videos. T-65 is bought with gold bullion which you get from turning in treasury notes (do events for this.). He has a good amount of bloody build vids that walk you through nice and slow along with mutations to use with them too.

Highly recommend either putting on a playlist, podcast, or video while running West Tek later on. You’ll get so focused in and it becomes second nature that you’ll get bored and need some other stimulation haha. Still love it for xp nonetheless.

Imo nerfing west tek is not correct path, i get its hard to balance a game ive made a few of my own small games and balance is hard to get right as there are many factor to take account of when attempting to balance your game, but nerfing west tek imo doesn’t address the actual issue that causes ppl to grind west tek itself which is leveling at mid to high level gets to repetitive and more unrewarding the higher you go there is less incentives to keep therefore keep playing. I am currently new and lvl 221 most of those lvls were not from west tek, i am pretty sure at 300 i get my last legendary perk slot and after my motivation and content i have left to do is dailies ( which activates in the worst ways with queen of the hunt being bugged most of the time) , some events and of course rank up legendary card which unfortunately most of do not interest me, compliments my playstyle or build and honestly from what i’ve read & researched online about some legendary perks and judged… a quarter or almost half of them absolutely suck or very niche uses. But this is just my opinion on some of the legendary perks not all and kinda feels lame we only get I believe 6 slots with most of those slot dedicated to special cards. But anyway back to west tech nerf they need make mid and especially high lvling more engaging and rewarding especially if you do other activities or casual roaming with better rewards than just here is a perk and in 4 more levels u get card pack. But this is just my imo and obviously not the one and only solution my or be interpreted as such.

The majority of the legendary cards you should be getting are the special stats legendary perk cards. Personally, I do 5 of the special cards and taking one for the team.
