Loving the longer episodes, it’s insane watching how much y’all’s knowledge of this game has grown from the beginning. Getting a 25 minute episode was normal then.

In my mind, to get a automated anything up and running. You need to store the first research desk you get on day one or two If you dont get a research desk on day one, store the dishes, and buy them when you get the first research desk, hopefully you end up with two big stacks of dishes. buy the 2nd research desk, and research the stored desk into a copy desk. once you get the copy desk (hopefully day 3, day 5 at the latest) store the first blueprint cabinet, copy and buy copies until you have 7 blueprint cabinets. During this time, get a discount desk. research and copy all the things you need for automation. Discount, majorly discount the teleportor. Use the teleportor for automation Understand that by the time you get fully automated its overtime day 10+ and be happy. Also dishwasher helps with early on dishes, and 3 soaking sinks is required for automation of dishes.. Good Luck. P.s. edit, You will need to save up 120 for the copy desk, so you might not be able to buy anything on the first 3-5 days unless you know your gonna have more then that at the end of the next day.

I read somewhere that extra plates should be priority so that the dish washer wouldn't need to constantly wash dishes, and that they could help with the serving.

you guys are doing fantastic, keep playin and learning! I know theres lead time on the videos but eventually my tips and tricks will help lol todays reminder is that the research stations, research desk (RD) copy desk (CD) and discount desk(DD), all apply their respective effect to any blueprint cabinet(BC) in an adjacent square, diagonals work too so a CD can duplicate blueprints in up to 7 BC if you have the desk almost surrounded by cabinets. you have to leave a spot open to get to the desk of course.. the simplest and most compact arrangements is actually infinitely expandable as well, if you have the desks lined up in a row horizontally you can put cabinets on the rows above and below. this allows each desk to apply its effect to six cabinets. it can of course be placed in a vertical "column" layout and the best layout of desks is discount, research, copy, discount, copy, discount, copy, and so on... this gives you 6 cabinets that can be researched and every cabinet gets discounted and copied. this of course hinges on the first 5-7 days of blueprint management. keeping the first RD in the BC so that you get a second RD that you can turn into another desk is all but mandatory. that extra desk should be turned into a copy desk of course because your main goal after that is to find a cabinet blueprint and copy it to make more cabinets to store more BP's once you have a couple cabinets use them to store useless items for bigger rerolls on following days to have a better shot at the third desk and or cabinet blueprint if you aren't copying cabinets by that point. the third RD should be copied and bought almost every round, the first big get would be a discount desk to make everything cheaper. once you have the holy trinity and are making more CD's and DD's to continue the library everything you store in the cabinets are cheaper and cheaper as the run goes on. anyone hear duplicating 2-3 grabbers at 20 gold or less each?? same with mixers and stoves and tables. once you have the holy trinity it definitely helps to have 2-3 blueprint desks to help force the blueprints you want and are looking for. this is what helps you get full automation and the foundation is built in the first 5-7 days. good luck with your goals!! tips and tricks: in this run you had a great plan of attack with the portioners and frozen preps. if you want auto plated magic you must only have one pizza type or a restaurant the size of texas. unfortunately theres no way to cheat that till late game where you have teleporters. the better automation is dishes and pizza. I wont bore you with auto dishes as the semi auto dishes is easy to figure out. once you have a few pieces you have the world. imagine a 3x4 (ish) square of automation magic that just spits out cheese pizzas. all you gotta do is throw the mushroom or onion on the pizza and cook it. thats the magic you didn't know you wanted till now. oil grabbed and put into a combiner pointed into a sink. flour grabbed and put into that sink turns into pizza pie, that pie grabbed out and put onto a counter with two combiners that put the chopped cheese and tomato sauce on the pie. the cheese and sauce of course is automated by the mixer pushing into the combiners. this is where conveyor mixers reign supreme, they dont stop working when fully auto and they save on grabbers cause they put the cheese and sauce directly into the combiner. and corner grabbers can help save alot of space. take a 2x2 space for example, cheese box corner grabbed into conveyor mixer pointing into combiner is very compact in certain layouts. so for auto cheese pizza you're looking for: 1 of each of the base ingredients of course 1 sink, 1 counter 2 conveyor mixers 3 combiners(one for oil, cheese, tomato) 5 conveyors (corners preferred for compactness) -tomato into mixer -cheese into mixer -oil into combiner -flour into sink -pie out of sink to counter and thats it. you only need to duplicate 2 things combiners and grabbers and maybe a mixer as you cycle it through the options to find the conveyor mixer.

Copy, research, and discount decks all affect all 8 surrounding spaces, so cabinets diagonal to these desks can also be targeted 🙂. You can verify this by the icons on top of the blueprint cabinets (The grey thing, the flask, or cash stack will indicate so).

Fantastic run! I think the main flaw at the end of this one was having Ash hold the scrubber instead of Jas--don't underestimate how much time scrubber+dishes saves (easily the most overpowered thing in the game). Second flaw was how far away the sink was, no reason to put it there until full automation existed. But really it was a great GREAT run and you guys should be proud. =)

Yeah, they knew dishwashing was where things were dicey in the round immediately prior but then did nothing notable to speed that up 😅. That being said, I bought this game after watching them play sooooo many hours, and I suck at it. So backseating from me is silly.

They also didn't take advantage of the 9/9 bonus of an exclusive restaurant. Patience doesn't decrease when there is a queue outside. Serve those pizzas right away. You're wasting time putting dishes down on a counter to get a 2nd plate. Also Price needed to optimize his pizza making because he could have been done earlier to help serve or clean.

I love watching whoever is the chef work, it gives me less stress lol

The only time they went so far was when they did the dumplings cos they took a bunch of sides. Unfortunately, it sucks but I think you HAVE to so you can lessen the amount of groups you get:/ Nevertheless, a great run! It was fun while it lasted lol

It was so good! Double Dates is really hard to work with, I would have loved to see a pizza conveyor!

Y'all did really well, but it was really plates that killed you. If you had set up auto plates (dish rack to sink to clean plates) then that would have reduced that stress on Jazzy at least and she could have helped more easily with the four tops. It was a good run though!!

Lol price saying the microwave doesn't catch fire that fast in real life. I think he does no know that the game runs at a 1 to 30 or a 1 to 60 time scale vs real life.
