Cookie,i have 1 thing you can add to your one block 1)probably add some fire to the one block area.(i know this sounds stupid but)just add some inflammable block around it,the reason is if a mob spawns the fire will kill it.

For the water stream, you can just put a small bridge over where it blocks your path. That could look cool

you could have used chunk based viom finder to find the biomes you need in your seed

Place Grass Blocks under the sheep pen so that they can produce wool :)

Cookie you can convert clean stone to by putting a 4x4 Spruce tree and clean stone around and then use bonemeal to grow it. That will turn the stone into podsol that you can turn into farmland and then dirt. It’s hella annoying but could fix ur dirt issue

Mr. cookie you build out of stone bricks a lot. You should use stone cutter. Because if you have a stack of stone then you only get 16 stone bricks because 4 stones is needed for 1 bricks. If you use stone cutter , one stack of stone is equal to one stack of bricks which can save you a lot, I wish this helps🤩
