How and where do you run all the wires from your peripherals and how many extra long extensions would I need for each of them? steering wheel, pedals, shifter, emergency brake. Its ready as it is. The wire you see at 0:35 is coming from the workstation. I think this is included and "gameready" also. You wont be able to put anything you want in it, nor VR. It must be coded by the company. I wouldnt think that this is for the normal customer. There will be a six number pricetag.

Translations clip too easily (wash out) and require moving the entire platform although they might be required for entry without a ladder and assistant to remove it. Instead a combination of a harness and servo flaps embedded in the seat can be used to simulate G force (search for Bergison's G-Seat). Butt shakers and force feedback can be used to simulate turbulence but the later might be too rough on the gimbals.

no triple screen, or sourround curved screen ? at 180.000€ ? It spoils immersion seeing the real world spinning around through the side windows, it makes motion sick, no heave effects also, so you won't feel turbulance. you need to put this on 4 big actuators... But nevertheless a great technical toy, despite it's limitations

I'd be willing to drop $4k for something like this for a Ace Combat game. But that shit better come with a free Cardboard cut out of a Dog when I pre-order it.

What can one do? Until some kind of endless free fall mechanism for 0G gravity simulation is a thing, that's what we have. And this is a dream, honestly. I'd love to use this machine with either Star Citizen or Elite Dangerous. I hope I'm filthy rich and able to buy one in the future

That would look great at a LAN party lol. Not the average power consumption... dang too bad. 30 amps on 400V or 40A on 230V. My home only has 25A at 400V. But I'm sure more "normal" stuff will come to the living room one day...
