Yes, the Pats are never really an underdog, but most of their players are. Try to name the ones that were studs in college, or on previous teams. It's rare. That's why they have the mentality that they do. None of them feel entitled even though they play on a team that's always in it. Also, there's not many players that get to pick their teams. No matter what team you root for. Most players are either drafted or traded to that team. You can hate individual players for whatever reason, or even hate teams for what they do. All teams have these types of players, and MOST players deserve the respect for working their ass off to get there.

I love how the Patriots win. It's not a movie, a book, or a great speech... They are a damn anthology. The way they win should be an entire college course/study. They bring on these guys that that have the propensity to be defined, have a hunger to go beyond their potential; and they maximize every single ounce of ability out of these men, and take them above and beyond what anyone thought was possible. Van Noy is a beast, he can make great plays in the D, Dion Lewis is a beast too, that kick return in the divisional round against the texans omg! He has a lot of speed and acceleration. Hogan, man he is one of my favorites WR, since he was a bill back in 2015. I think that is gonna be a great year for the 3 guys.

I think the record that Lewis set should have been expanded upon more. When you first think of it, receiving TD-rushing TD-punt return TD in one game, it seems impossible that it never happened before in the play offs. Totally agree they did not give up, but the Falcons also started calling boneheaded plays with Matt Ryan taking some crucial sacks. It baffles me the Falcons completely abandoned the run to keep passing. Not only passing, but deep drop backs and their long developing routes. Think about this, Julio makes that spectacular sideline catch to keep a drive alive, getting past mid field, to then end the drive with zero points. How does a team implode so spectacularly in a matter of 18 game minutes? As great as the Patriots played, no denying that, the Falcons completely shot themselves in the foot in the 2nd half. No, actually they threw a grenade at their foot.

Chris Hogan & Dion Lewis only played one more year with the Pats but Kyle Van Noy still is playing with them today

I’m glad kyle Van-noy is playing up to his potential in New England. If there's one thing I recommend athletes do, is to water fast. I fought muay thai, played football pop, highschool, and one year community college, did a little jujitsu for a year after football and i sustained a lot of injuries that were minor and serious, and the magic of fasting does a lot. especially if you do it long enough, i've seen big scars completely go away, aches, and allergies, all gone, i had asthma my whole life, inhaler every day, and allergy medicine everyday, but as i learned more and more about water fasting and the warrior diet, back in 06, I haven't felt this mint since highschool. if you're an athlete, look into, it'll change the way you recover and think about your diet.

Yes and it's extremely effect for people who have extra weight to a lot of weight. the body goes into ketosis (starvation mode) in 72 hours of just water drinking. then your body uses its fat for energy and if you're familiar with how hormones are produced it's through fat molecules and you're body uses the good fats for hormonal production (HGH, BDNF, different proteins) and discards all of the bad fat as energy. thus riding your body of different illnesses. (it's nearly undefeated against type 2 diabetes i believe) cuts cancer chances in over half 50-60% because cancers and different diseases thrive on acidic states which happens to be in your fats and carbs etc. so your body is basically using any cancer infested fats for energy in sense. I suffered from bad allergies and asthma for over 20 years and when i started water fasting and intermittent fasting i haven't gotten anything but a minor cold that last no more than a day. reason being is your body does a cell change and rewrites different cell coding so to speak making your body easier to jump over plateaus, your focus will go up 10 fold , i remember everything these days what would normally take me a second to think about, i've broken different bones bad through football, different scars etc. so what i do is intermittent fast but when i eat i eat A LOT so i put on maybe 5-10 lbs fat and then i water fast for maybe 7 sometimes 20 days. and nearly all my scars but a big surgical one on my thigh is gone but it's barely noticeable. basically what i'm trying to say is it's a big health benefit that the BIG PHARMA never talks about throw in the Wim Hof method while you're fasting and even in daily usage and your immunity and cell recovery will be nearly wolverine like i swear to you. some even call water fastings health benefits the wolverine affect. now water fasting is only meant to be done on rare occasions through out the year. but intermittent fasting will keep your body mint in the time you dont water fast. cheers. and i hope you try it, it'll change everything for you. first few days suck (the fatter you are the longer the rogue period ( sometimes 3 days others 2 weeks) but the pain is worth the new chance at your body.

Absolutely, there are so many different health benefits if you apply it correctly to your life. water fasting starts by just drinking water. at around 72 hours your body goes into ketosis (starvation mode) and starts to utilize your fat stores for cell and hormone production as well as physical energy expenditure. if you remember in science how carbs and proteins are worth 4 macro units each and fats are worth 9, that plays a huge roll in how your brain runs as well. different hormones are derived from fats like (HGH, BDNF, even different stress proteins, on top of other things). As i said I suffered from asthma and allergies for a majority of my life but in 06 when i implemented water fast and warrior diet into my life, it changed everything. i had over 60 visible scars and id say all but the one on my thigh from surgery is gone. yes gone...scar tissue is considered waste during a water fast so your body creates new cells. that's really what happens here. cell regeneration. all the junk is detoxed out of your fat because you're using it all. cancer is shut down by upwards of 50-60% in a majority of cases. it's nearly undefeated against type 2 diabetes if i'm not mistaken. all because diseases, viruses, bacteria, all thrive in an acidic environment that we provide with too much carbs and protein. i guarantee anyone that is at a plateau right now in the gym, you might not have to water fast but if you intermittent fast or warrior fast you'll break down that plateau within days. focus is much higher, sleep is more sound and in less hours. i only sleep 5-6 hours now and i feel rested nearly all day. I can go on and on, but the info is out there. youtube keto diet, warrior diet, intermittent fasting, OH one more thing Wim Hof Method, that is the knife to my bread and butter. Seriously to all strong athletes that are playing in college or highschool and wanna move up, read into it. it'll change everything
