HELLO! I know i say this every week, but this time I mean it, this song is one of my favs for this Pluto season. I loved making this one, cuz It only took about an hour to write the main parts of the song, just flowed out. Elephant Ears is a metaphor for never forgetting something someone said about you. Elephants are known to have crazy memory, so that's where the metaphor comes from. Also Protski and I are working VERY hard getting this manga "Dada Immortal" finished, it's ALOT of work and I can't wait to show you guys. Perhaps releasing it with vinyl for the album might be cool! Listening to your voice and beats is like floating out in the middle of a lake. The water is sometimes heavy and other times you feel light as a cloud, but I always come out of it refreshed and feeling cool.
My Grandma passed away a couple weeks ago and she loved elephants. She always had a bunch of elephant statues and little figures around her house. This song makes me think of all the fond memories I have with her. An amazing song as always :)
