I, as a person of Jain faith, warn people of Bharat to renounce non-voilence. This world hates idol-worshippers. Nonviolence doesn't work against people who want invade, loot and enslave you. It will keep you weak and exploited. Be nice to everyone around you, but carry a big stick.

And so what is your point? Everyone knows the difference between Self defence and attacking someone for no reason. Jainism is beautiful because it teaches Ahinsa but for shravak they can use Hinsa but only for Actual self defence.

Ahinsa in Jainism is more practical in Personal life, It is not some national policy, Ahinsa I Jain's is a way of personal life to do minimum damage to nature, That's why Vegetarian is the core of Jainism. It doesn't say you bear atrocities on you because you practice ahinsa. I am Jain, and we have been able active contributors in Armed Forces.

The brother gets defeated and the mightiest disowns everything! Karnataka was once popularly jain state. The statue of bahubali carved propably around 8-9th century was the tallest monolithic statue for quite a long time in the World

jain kings like kharawela, hoysala, amoghavarsha were not ruling india when mughals attacked. hindu kings lost to mughals, except shivaji maharaj. even jain queens like rani chennabhairadevi, rani abakka defeated invaders multiple times. you are just another ignorant piss drinker radical, meaning of ahimsa is "minimum violence" not "non-violence" simply dont write non-sense without knowledge, india was for 800 years because of coward hindu rajput kings who sided with mughals and married their daughters and sister with mughals

But do you really want to live in a bloodthirsty world? I am against every religion, including Jainism, as they propagate lies. But that said, I firmly believe that non-violence with violence only for self-defence is essential. Also, I highly doubt animals are going to enslave humans, so you can consider becoming a vegan if you are not already one.

Saying something has Jain roots or Hindu roots is a very nuanced statement. Hinduism had the advantage of numbers, and Jainism had the advantage of the tradition of writing things down. Also, there was an avid exchange of ideas between the two religions (beauty of ancient India). Over time, I realised it is best to use the phrase "earliest available evidence". Also, it isn't enjoyable to see people accepting a nine-year-old becoming a nun. Some things are unacceptable, no matter how you look at them. A beautiful TED talk by Sam Harris explains this, and I suggest people watch it.

Those who don’t know or learn anything about Indian culture or mythology(Stories, symbols and rituals) what to own them. It’s for you to know, who I am talking about.

There is no such thing as a jain king. He was a king who became a jain monk (at least in the myths).

Yes... only the historicity of the last two teerthankars has been established. And the religious texts, like that of any other religion, are full of unscientific (in fact, many provably false) claims.

Devanagari script is quite recent in the larger scheme of things and doesn't have any relation with the antiquity of Sanskrit.

Neither Jainism, Buddhism, Sanathan Dharmic texts are mythology. They have unique purpose, one truth can be told in many ways. . Everyone has their own Panth. But when panth turns cult and differs others, that's a red flag. All panths can survive together and have philosophical debates but they can't cancel each other.

This Devdutt Pattnaik knows nothing, twists mythology. He's a hollow head. Read Amish Tripathi instead.

well, If a beef eater decides to stay in your society will you let him/her in??? no, right!!! if you have right to eat meat flesh of innocent animals, we jains do have the right to protect them. jain societies are clean and hygienic, if you people have problem with "Radicalized Peacefulness", then must stay in a momedian locality, you will undersntand the real meaning of peacefulness

Say, how come Jains go to America and eat Macdonald's items (veg or non-veg does not matter as it is their choice) and sit along with beef eating Mohammedans, Christians, Jews, Africans, Chinese etc etc..
