I enjoyed the reactions of the living people to the revenants because their reactions felt real. I like movies and TV shows that present the viewer with an impossible reality and speculate on what real people might do. Who do you call? In the case of the daughter returning, you would only call someone you trust completely. The show presents the audience with impossible choices. If you call the authorities, who knows what they would do? This “ghost” APPEARS to be your daughter, but that’s essentially impossible. The only gripe I have with the show is that I don’t think the writers had a clear idea how to end the show. This was a VERY common problem with supernatural mystery TV shows in the early 2000s.

That is SO true! Why did every Sci-Fi tv show writers room in the early 20s didn’t write with an ending in mind? Lost… 👀👀
Everything about this show was was Stunning and Brilliant . Beautiful. I remember reading somewhere that it was the directors aim to express touch and hunger or basic human "physical" interaction which it did do, so breath takingly. I wish more people would study this show.
