Does the Boombox 2 battery get damaged while running on electricity?

The battery lasts a while and it can be plugged in for as long as you want with no damage. I actually use it plugged in as my computer speaker and disconnect it when I take it on the go

This is a Boombox 3 not 2, and you actually get a volume boost while it's plugged in.

I personally like the bluetooth version better since it works better with my PC setup and on top of that a few of my friends got the BoomBox 3's and losing party boost would suck!

@forever.studios sold my pair of old boombox 3s for 250 each and got 2 of them at costco for 400ish each. The sound quality is a big difference on wifi. Cant go wrong, its a great outdoor speaker. I see no reasom why they couldnt keep partyboost but i rarely use it. I run my speakers in stereo mode.

Agree like the BT version better , plus it has an aux port which the wifi one doesn’t ! I sometimes takes my small mixer to the park and play for my friends with the bb3 which is not possible anymore with the WIFi one …also who wants a a wifi version of a Bluetooth speaker anyways .. for home I have home audio setup separately

@Plabs07 i hotspot wifi off my phone to the jbl boombox 3 wifi and play it in stereo. I have tidal so high quality audio outdoors is amazing.
