there are vacuum urinals in the Palace Museum, Beijing. But they're much more quieter.

These are normal be seen on cruise ships and some of the trains. Most of them are made by Evac

Honestly same Train toilets are always too loud

Train toilets are usually made by the same company who makes the trains, as I remember hearing a while back.
