🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

Also I wanted to add that I really admire Gracia and her hosting skills for the team, especially during a time of what I can imagine is intense grief at the loss of her mother and the celebration of life must be emotionally and mentally challenging for her yet she kept her focus on her guests, explaining things really well and also including some humour with it. She did a great job considering her circumstances and represented her community and country wonderfully

I'm so proud of my African heritage! Coming from the West it's easy to look at this and think about how informal it seems but there is an order that many will not see. The joy in people's faces, the fact that they just knock mango off the tree and are surrounded by family. This is how nature intended us to live. We don't make time for family much unless it's on one of the days the government tells us are ok. I think we are dying in a world of our design instead of living in the world that was designed for us.
