Same I used to shave heads in Juvie I would take them in for intake and if we found drugs in their hair they were getting cleaned up like in the video or if we found drugs on their feet they would be forced to walk barefoot and show the bottoms of the foot everyday

The only expectation where they would not get shaved after finding contraband in the hair is if they were 1 transgender the funny part about this even some of the females were shaved 2 would be pretty much for religious reasons or their belief.
