"The Courtyard"
Following a successful entry of design concepts, GSSArchitecture were appointed by the University of Hull to develop a £30m student residences complex, with a total of 562 bedspaces.
Due for completion Summer 2016, GSSArchitecture were asked by the University to produce a mixed media promotional video, combining 3D animation with video footage to be used for marketing purposes to showcase the development and provide prospective tenants with an understanding of the complex and the facilities available at the University.
The Courtyard Residences is the first phase of a larger development programme by the University to increase its capacity for accommodating students on the campus.
GSSArchitecture's visualisation and graphics department have an extensive range of capabilities allowing for the production of high quality visual media.
