There are only single rooms at TMM and they differ in prices, the prices also fluctuate sometimes so I would say go to their website to check the current prices

If you mean as in like boys and girl live in the same res then yes. We do not live in the same units though….. so things like kitchen, shower, space etc. you only share with girls.

NSFAS covers the basic rent and I personally pay a top up which NSFAS does not cover
