Met the Grinch years ago and he was messing with me being in a wheelchair. Loved every second because I played along and he didn’t know what to do. Best character interaction I’ve ever had.

Santa absolutely returned to the North Pole that night shaking his head and loling at how someone requested a real great white shark 😂

I’m a Disney diehard, but I think that parade blows away Disney. I love the balloons and Santa lighting the tree!

The holiday season offerings are just pure comfort and happiness. I did a Universal holidays adventure myself a few years ago, and I need to go back one year to immerse myself in the wonder again.

Cracking up at Earl the Squirrel! We used to have 4 squirrels that we fed and my husband named them for the grandkids! Earl, Pearl, Sheryl, and Merle 😂😂😂. Love Max!

I live in NJ, and went to the Macy's parade 3 times!!! Those balloons are awesome, to see in person. So glad that they are now accessible in Florida, also. Every child should get a chance to see them, at least once!!

I would look forward to the balloons and the Christmas decorations. For the butter beer they could pre-sell the drink and give a coupon at check in and then just have a cart outside so it doesn't crowd the store.

Love the coverage of the holiday tour! The food last year was the best, definitely missing Circus Mcgurgis

I did this for the first time last year! It was pretty awesome! Interesting changes this year. Looks to be a better Grinch meet set up tho! Max was seriously the best! My Mom's favorite, right up there with seeing Hogsmeade at night!! Love it!

This seems like a great holiday attraction and the tour feels like it's totally worth the ticket price for what you get.

I noticed in the Tribute Store when you walk in look up to the left, it is a police motorman helmet. I feel that may be for the old Terminator show that used to be at Universal Studios. If you could confirm, let me know because no one knew what I was talking about lol

I love Universal during the holidays. I live in south Florida so I go every year. The week right after Thanksgiving is usually less crowded. This year I’m going the week before Christmas so pretty soon . The light show on Hogwarts is amazing . I also love the decorations in Seuss Landing a lot as well . Fun video ! 😎😎😎

I was at universal thanksgiving seeking. Friday and Saturday to the Grinch, it was up to 240 minutes (4hours) the breakfast or tour is the best way to meet the grinch. We did the breakfast

Molly, I went on Jimmy Fallon's ride in November for the first time. I truly get why you hate it. Not only the experience itself, but the theater had duct tape on the seats! This can't be a long term strategic attraction for Universal with the theater in such disarray.

I watched because I wanted to see universal, but I'm sad to say I met Molly in person and she couldn't have been less interested. I didn't mean to bother her... I really didn't, made me feel so stupid for complementing her. I only said something because she was already talking to people I knew...
