Well done Stu buddy, what I don’t understand is, your right we pay our national insurance when we’re working like I did myself until I had a injury on a building site in Cardiff back in 1997 , I was a block pavers labourer Stu and I lifted just half a little block and I pulled my nerve apart in my hip area buddy, it took the NHS 2 and a half years to diagnose the problem correctly yet I’ve had absolutely no treatment whatsoever apart from painkillers, why though? I paid my national insurance for all those years, and if I’m totally honest with you mate, I tried to get DLA six times and they refused me without even contacting my doctor okay, on the seventh time I applied for DLA I said that my doctor is finding it quite disturbing that I’ve applied 6 times and you haven’t had the decency to contact my doctor and I got it straight away, it makes me feel sick that you can injure yourself at work yet you got a very hard job to get anything back from the system Stu I honestly think it stinks. I’d imagine nowadays that it’s quite hard to fiddle the benefits system but I’m sure it can be done buddy, a great video well done Stu we seriously need people like you we really bloody do, take care of yourself buddy from Stevie boy.

Currently experiencing the bureaucratic insanity. After the fourth Restart job interview and the employer telling my work coach (again) that a guy with a heart condition who walks with the aid of a stick and shedload of painkillers who could keel over without warning would basically be a liability stacking toilet rolls. So I was told to get a sick note by my work coach and they start the ball rolling to put me on the "Reduced capability work group", great I thought. Problem is if I fill out the form honestly I don't qualify as disabled enough. If I lay it on thick as many have advised and they find out, that's a whole level of wrath I don't want to mess with.

Bro ,dnt need to lay it on thick just be honest ,What I pray for is someone coming out to see me ,I prefer someone to actually test me come see why I had to stop working , it should be quite easy for them catching the have it ins but it seems they can’t even though I know four people in my street never worked a day in there life and claim for everything with no thought for anyone else ,eg ,a stair lift that never gets used I’ve seen her walk up the stairs ,enjoys her two holidays a year son does mma ,yes I’m not joking , How they find it hard to find the scammers totally blows my mind ,if some one from the benefit system where to watch them for two week ,they would be out having to work ,since I lost my job that I totally enjoyed after a bad motorbike acc doing a job inbeetween my painter and decorator skilled job but that had dried up in my area uk,so I used my motorbike to do couriering as. It was self employed aswell , If I had never taken that job and just went and signed on with my fused ankle from a previous acc ,I probably would have got dla but no I chose to work and guess what that acc might never have happened if I’d just said f,,,it painting will come bck in sooner or later ,se60 put good money in my pocket , two holidays a year and my new motorcycle when I wanted to buy one .to go on to benefits , Yeagh lots off people like going bck wards and missing out on the best bit the work crack and the people you meet .Yeagh loads off people just want to sit on there b,,,doing nothing all day personally it’s destroyed me .

Hi Stuart, thanks for all your advice brilliant. As far as ESA is concerned do you think interest from a property inheritance would be classed as income if it's in a high interest account with no access, that kind of account if you see what I mean... Also if you could do a video around valid reasons for going abroad and for how long while claiming benefits that would be fantastic❤

I think the suggestion is that they are before the decision is made therefore directing the decision without careful consideration of the content of the person's application.
