This is the problem we have in Ghana and it is what everyone does now. People intentionally err and then use an apology as a backup should they be caught. What this guy has done is no mistake and should not be overlooked just because he has apologized. Whatever he did was premeditated and calculated from the beginning knowing very well the risks involved but because we live in a country that would rather resort to emotions rather than logic, he quickly falls on the apology syndrome and without fail Ghanaians have fallen for it. He is a full grown adult who must be prosecuted and made to face the full rigors of the law to serve as a scapegoat to people who think they can wake up and just misinform the public. I don't even blame him, I blame the media houses who didn't do their due diligence and checks but decided to rely on clout. Let's stop this illogical behavior and do the right thing instead of intentionally doing wrong and using an apology as justification later
