Dr. Ryan Niemiec discusses the five facets (skills) of mindfulness - Observe, describe, act with awareness, non-judgment and non-reactivity. These can be measured using a tool that is now available through VIA with thanks to Dr. Ruth Baer (the UIS Guest on March 8, 2021).
