United Airlines flight lands in Denver after losing a wheel in Los Angeles
Officials at Denver International Airport said United Flight 1001 -- a Boeing 757-200 -- landed at DIA just before 11 a.m. after a wheel on the rear landing gear fell off the plane upon takeoff at LAX. No injuries were reported among the 174 passengers or 7 crewmembers.

There planes are just old just don't fly United until they get rid of all.the 757 and 777 200 for the Airbus A321xlr and A350 1000.
This is unacceptable
They pushed out a lot of 30 year veteran employees with their COVID mandates. Replaced by D.E.I hires .

Landing gear went ‘Boeing’ when it was on the runway
pilot: It´s a normal situation.
Last week there was plenty of mirth at the Chinese “static” rocket blasting off the launch pad. Here is a similar level of incompetence to achieve a basic task, or is the aircraft so poorly maintained that it shouldn’t be flying?
777 and now 757, are we waiting for 787's turn?
