Hi Travis, just want to tell you that your videos are amazing. I watch your videos 4 - 5 hours a day. I am learning almost everything I need to know to pass the exam from you and absolutely nothing from the class I am taking where the instructor just reads from the book. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Everyone talking about agent prep this was the best! I’ve absorbed so much from this one video.

I actually had a landlord not understand my rights as a tenant. She and her husband came into my home while I was asleep, I worked 2nd and sometimes 3rd shift. They didn’t think I was home because my SO was at work and took my vehicle. SMH. They never understood it was a violation and this happened a few times.

the absolute best!!!! You should start your own real estate course business because you explain this so well! I don't even live in NC but I am learning a lot in Georgia for that exam.

I'm like you. I live in Georgia and I took the metro brokers course in February and I'd watch travis videos after to understand what I just learned.

My friend (in MD) sold their house above and beyond the asking price based on her magnificent garden skills... 😊 this lesson is so beneficial...thank you Travis

It's the same way you signed the property over to the states whenever you register your private property to Washington DC and their states agency they are the third party intaveaner in the public trust

Questions! If one did sell the rights to the lumber on their property and a tree grows in the front yard 6 years later is the property owner able to just cut down the tree whenever they wanted or would they have to get it approved with the company they sold the rights to the lumber too? Or maybe it would be outlined in the contract…… just wondering

In most cases, yes. It is permanently attached. So long as it isnt rented or installed by a tenant. It would be real property.
