Love this. We have an Adelaide and an Elliott. And Elliott was almost Theodore! Completely agree on the classic, vintage, but a little unique requirements.

You have the same taste as I do and we named our son Everett James. My favorite girl name was Evelyn but since we had a boy we went with Everett...so I doubt I'll ever use Evelyn now. I'm so happy to hear someone else talk about that.

I am so in love with these names! Wilbur and Esther are my absolute favorites out of the bunch, but they are all really nice. I don’t often hear of Florence as a boy’s name, but I was thinking Orry might be a good nickname. Seriously, though, I am obsessed with Wilbur! 😍 I can just see a little Will along with Eloise and Theo. 💕

My 2 month old daughter is Clementine River. I loved Hazel and Eloise as well and for boy we had Colten Ian picked. It’s so much fun but also so much pressure picking a name!

Love Harrison with Harry or Harris nickname! For Alexander, Xander/Zander is rising in popularity as a nickname so that could be an option. For a girl Florence, you could go with Fleur (like from Harry Potter), which is gorgeous, or Flora. Esther sounds PERFECT - Eloise, Theodore, and Esther. My brothers name is Alexander and he has never been called Alex. He is always ‘Zander’. Even as a toddler, if someone called him Alex he will correct them. He doesn’t even answer to Alex at 14 because that’s not his name.

My brother's name is Alexander, too, and I called him Zander when I was little (that was my first word lol). His best friend called him Alex. To everyone else, now including his wife, he always was and has remained Alexander. My little boy's second name is Alexander after his uncle now :-).

I think it really depend on where you live. I had 6(!!) Alexander in my class (of 23 kids haha), 5 of them were "Alex" and one "Sasha". They were all from former USSR so these shortcuts are way more popular :) I never heard of 'Zander' before (although it sounds really cool!)

@@maayans.181 we are Australian so long traditional names like Alexander aren’t super common here. In most cases names like Alex is just Alex and isn’t short for anything. We shorten everything anyway so Alex usually becomes Lex, Leccy, Al, etc.

Love your taste in names! I have a Vincent, a Magdalena, and a Claudia. Vincent was the only name my ex-husband and I could agree on, so Vincent it was. I love the name Theodora if I ever have another girl but my husband is not so keen on it - he prefers Dolores. Isidore has been our top choice boy name that we haven't been able to use yet.

Love this video. We have 3 girls (Eva Josephine , Helena Ann and Juliana Kay) and one boy (Theodore Michael) and we always had two names ready. I have so many boys names we didn’t use! Fredrick, Franklin, Henry, Julian and Charles! Bennett was also one I loved but it didn’t go well with our last name. I really hated I used Josephine as a middle name with our oldest because I love love it as a first name. Jo! Such a good nickname!

Our daughter is two months old and we named her Veda (pronounced Vay-duh) Jules. Naming a kid is SO much fun and quite the responsibility!

Yay! Not to sound biased, but Esther is a beautiful name! ❤️ I'm always so thrilled to hear someone else named Esther. So is Delilah! That's been on my list for future girls names.

Our daughter is Saige 🌿🖤 and we want to name our son, if we have one, Thatcher or Gatlin. And if we have another daughter, we love Aubrey.

I think you’d love the name Declan - it’s cute, classic but rare, and means “man of god” 🥺 Or what about Hugo (mind) for a boy, and Alanna/Lana (bringer of light/fawn), Emilia/Amelia (hard worker) or Nola (magnolia) for a girl?

My son has a female friend named Declynn I can't remember how she spells it, I know it's not the same as the male spelling but it's pronounced the same.

We have really similar name styles! Our 22-month old is Samuel Frederick. Eloise and Theodore are the top boy and girl names for our next child, actually! Evangeline and Vincent are on our list as well. :) Charlotte also was on our list for awhile, but we took it off our list just because of how popular it has become. Claire/Clara we adore and would 100% use if it didn't clash so much with our last name!

Esther is a beautiful name, thats so underrated and lovely. I love the family link too. Use it as a middle name if your having a girl maybe. I have never heard of a Florence for a boy here in the uk. Florrie is a cute nickname for a girl.

I love vintage names! I have a Beau and a Rosemary, and next baby we have will either be a Jude or Winifred
