▸ This is special studio with charming interior, large sleeping loft with exposed beams and balcony. Solid material choices and preserved details make it both cozy and special of its kind, like a continental floor with consistently rustic character and an impressive ceiling height. The kitchen balcony gives you beautiful views over the courtyard, and from the living room to the south, the sun shines in and lights up the creaking wooden floors in the original. The living room is framed by light walls, both white and beautiful gray / beige, and on the floor are white painted older planks that extend away to the windows in file. An inviting and bright room thanks to the south facing position and the high ceiling height of 3.30 meters. The stucco in the ceiling and the rustic, visible beams from the sleeping loft give character to the room, which holds space for both a sofa group and a dining table.

I love your vids. Just the right number of images of different perspectives and also the length of time the image is shown for. I live in New Zealand and apartment living is alien to me so I love seeing homes from overseas, especially when space is limited.

This place has a very serene energy. The soft brick red backsplash in the kitchen... The way light hit the tan/ latte wall color almost looked like a "pink" I might want to try an blend for my wall color. 🤗

Serene, but it has a dynamic; that red tiles are so nice pop up, they hold whole kitchen in another level. I am glad you have idea for yourself! 😊🙏🍍
