unique modern home filled with character
▸The layout of the living room has been completely changed during the renovation in a unique way. At the front is a cozy sitting room with a real hearth in the original marble fireplace. The beautiful stained glass top window panes provide wonderfully warm light in the living room. The floor is laid with a beautiful herringbone parquet with border that continues throughout this unique living area. The traditional sliding room separation has been adapted to modern times, where the sliding doors are hung on a track so that they are easy to open. Fixed cupboards flank the sliding partition. Where the back room used to be, the open kitchen is now located in the heart of the house. This brilliant positioning ensures that there is a connection with the entire living room from the kitchen. A conservatory was added double doors and large skylights. This makes this room wonderfully light. There is a second sitting area and space for a large family dining table. The garden is the added bonus of this delightful home. With its location facing southwest, the garden is ideally located in the sun. The beautiful garden has been professionally landscaped, with a lawn, seating under a pergola and a fountain. The combination of natural stone, living plants, wood and corten steel give the garden an attractive appearance. Thoughtfully designed garden lighting completes the finish of the garden.

Mosaic/Rainbow-like Tiles in the bathroom... Harlequin-like Green Tiles... Is the black & white wall in the bedroom Tile or Wallpaper? Either way, these features are my favorite in the home 🤗

A wonderful space. I love the mix of modern and vintage. The black fence is magnificent, it has such presence but also fades into the background.

You always showcase such creative, eclectic and inspirational homes...yeah may be to some it's blah, dated etc etc but your videos have a certain feel and quality and content that I haven't found on KZread (n I'm a voracious consumer of decor n interior content available online n offline)..I sometimes binge watch all your videos on repeat cuz there is so much to take in n your choice of background music is praiseworthy too.

I know I love the homes they showcase and it’s hard to find channels that do the same thing so well. All of them aren’t my taste, but these aren’t my homes so there is no need to judge them as if they were. I can take inspiration and beauty from what I like and leave the rest. The only critique I would give is they need to site the source if/when it’s not their original work.

I love it. I love the black horizontal fence. I think I will build that kind of fence for a job I have for a pool house and stain it black. 👍

Sounds nice. I like contrast between blue color from pool and black background and some green can make slight blend in transition.
nicely put together home...clean kitchen...don't like the dining table or that room it's in..they lost it there somehow..nice to outdoor access! bedroom awesome w/ patio & the bath to die for!!! Lots of rooms in that home for a large family
Lovely furnishings and decorative features but fake grass is not good

@@pineappledecor frankly I like here! And I know it’s a slideshow of pictures vs an actual video but on here they just play so I can view them without having to do anything. As opposed to Pinterest where I look at pictures individually and can’t always find the whole house. But to each his own!
I dunno, aint got a lot of character to me.

@@pineappledecor It's the finishes (like the horrid bathroom tiles) that date it. An Ikea dresser? C'mon...do better!
Ugh. Horrible. This is what happenes when you select finishes that will make your home seem outdated in two years.
