Ingredients and recipe:
Salted butter 3 tabelspoons
1 medium-sized grated and squeezed onion
Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until light golden brown.
1 tsp cumin
half tsp garlic paste
Fry for 1 minute
300 grams boneless chicken cubes
Fry until chicken color changes
Half tsp red chili powder
1 pinch salt
Fry a minute
125 grams yogurt
mix, cover, and cook for 10 minutes over medium flame
2 tbsp dairy cream or heavy cream
mix and sprinkle 1 tsp dried fenugreek, half tsp garam masala
Simmer for 5 minutes.
