I'm 5'8" and I believe this was an M but I went in store to try an S and XS and there is not much difference in sizing other than the XS looking more fitted!

i generally prefer wider silhouettes and find the women's section is great for that. i'm 5'8" and if you're referring to the COS pants they are true to size to me (29 waist) from the men's section

how tall are you? I really liked the boxy silhouette that cuts to your waist, I usually wear size M for jackets but should I maybe size down to a S or even XS. I'm 5'7
