Nice review mate! I got the piled u trousers in small and it worked im 5’11 32 waist. The v knitted sweat are on point at medium. Also check the short blouson jacket my fav from the collection

I think the pleated trouser is also one of the keeps because of its versatility and it's easy to pair with any other U collection. How thick are the sweaters? Like how thick and how warm

Not gonna lie man, you had me sold on the Gray cardigan! I initially bought the brown one but after watching your haul, I ran to my nearest store, luckily they had one piece left for the medium in Gray. I agree that the cropped look and the relaxed fit really makes this piece stand out as a cardigan. Have you had a chance to try the women’s version? I think you’ll like it as well.

Just got the lambswool cardigan and I'm in love with it. Thinking about getting the other colors. How do you wash these though? I'm afraid it might either shrink or stretch it if i put it in the wash.

It’s a beauuuuty isn’t it! I want the other colours too but there’s none left online. Hopefully there will be in store though. So you can get delicate wool options on your machine and then let it air dry or take to a dry cleaners to be extra safe. Definitely don’t wash on a hot though or tumble dry!

I would keep the trenchcoat but just take the sleeve length up slightly (but still a bit longer) and it would be fine....BTW Did you give up on cropped pants? Only a puddled hem look? and what about some boots or chunky oxfords? (the burkenstocks should go back in the summer closet). Anyway, some nice pickups! Cheers!

Nice review mate The piled line trouser i think you can size down to small im also 5’11 at 175lbs 32 inch waist and still fine. The V neck knitted looks good at medium. Also check the utility short blouson that’s my fav from this release .

I think you got the sizing right on the trench coat & the knit v neck tbh. Not a fan of the track jacket personally but maybe it's just not my style. It would be a return for me. I'm a bit conflicted on this season's U collection. Nothing really blows me away, but the women's version of the lambswool cardigan looks amazing in the alternate brown color. The pocket details and the cropped fit are nice too. Kind of interested in the sweatpants, but I would wait for them to go on sale first.

Golden rule: never size up in oversized clothing. You should obviously have gone at least one size down on the trench coat. You entire hands are completely swallowed by the sleeves!

Have to say - I don't like the direction that Uniqlo has gone this year. The "boxy" and "baggy" look is so tiresome and just simply looks like a person is wearing clothes that don't fit. This casual, apathetic, lazy and don't give a $hit attitude translating into their line is a turn off. Walk into their store now and it looks like some generic Champion athletic clothes shop. I won't be doing much shopping from them until they bring back their more tailored looks.

I mean to be fair, the silhouettes from the uniqlo u collections are always on the slightly more exaggerated boxy side rather than the slimmer tailored side. The uniqlo u drops always go a little more ‘fashion forward’.
