I don't, no. Renters are getting shafted with annual rent hikes; normal is 3-4%, 10%+ was common last year ("inflation" donchaknow), we're down slightly to a +6% print now. This is deflationary as it does parasitically pull money out of working class families to the ":political elites" than own all the housing. The 4Cs of mortgage underwriting were a lot better over the past 5 years vs. 2002-2007 so I don't expect any surprises from the housing sector. The Federal gov't is spending $30K/yr per capita (age 16+), as long as they can keep doing this we should be OK this decade, AFAICT.

We do have split economy -- people who own their home aren't exposed to CPI rent (and the nation's 10 million landlords enjoy negative inflation by being able to extract more money from their tenants and blame Biden for "inflation" while doing it).
