Hiiii!! My name is Danni and I'm born and raised in Sydney Australia. My ethnicity is Chinese and I speak cantonese with my family :) I just finished my design degree in UTS and I'm nervous about what this year has in store for me... follow me on this journey full of uncertainties as I figure out my path :D Hopefully, on the way we can have fun, get to know each other and build something here! Thanks for watching ❤️❤️ would recommend UTS design but I haven’t actually studied design anywhere else so I don’t think I’m in the best position to give advice about that 😅

Hi, did you do VISCOM? And if so would you say there was a lot of graphic design or the course is more broad?
uts is in my list of uni choices but I'm not 100% sure that there's a psychology course or something along that line so I'm still thinking about it

UTS is a great university choice! If you’re unsure about courses you should get in contact with the student centre 😁 they’ll be helpful in this case, best of luck! ❤️

It was such a long day! For subjects that require group work we all feel inclined to have our own group session before our scheduled classes so I would be at unit for a solid 4 hours minimum for just one subject! Thanks for watching!! 🤍
A strong passion for languages was born in me but I'm not good at it, I don't know if my fatigue is connected to my being sensitive, introverted and blocked or not because I noticed that most people can study languages easily , I don't know if they were all born with the innate predisposition and I together with the minority are the only losers who don't have it and if you need to have a talent not to struggle with languages.

Yayaya congrats! UTS is a great university imo. Definitely consider joining clubs! Everyone is generally quite friendly so you’ll have no problems making friends in your classes as well! :D

Hi Sahil!! I think UTS would be a great university for IT! But I don’t have any experience there so please take my advice with a grain of salt 🥹🤍
Hey I’m in year 11 and wanted to study fashion at UTS as I heard it was the best place to go for it, would you recommend it??

Hiii so sorry I don’t think I can make a recommendation if I haven’t tried it 😅 I hope you find somebody who could offer some advice before the big decision! If you don’t end up finding anybody, I would recommend giving UTS a try and usually once you’re in the loop, you’ll hear more comparisons between other students and their connections. Then you can make a more informed decision to stay at UTS or to transfer your credits and continue your studies at another university! I hope that helps, thanks for watching! :))

does bullying happen to international students

I don’t see any physical or verbal bullying because everyone’s quite mature… I hope… but I have some international friends who tell me that they do feel discriminated when it comes to group projects… and then sometimes when the tutor may be racist as well :/ it’s a sad thing and you should definitely seek help from the unit coordinator if this happens. My international student friend decided to not do anything… and it wasn’t good for her mental health or her grades 🥺

Y’all make me so happy 🥹 but yes I agree! Clubs are definitely a huge factor to making friends in uni! 🤩 I haven’t had the experience myself… I wish I did… societies are created so that you can bond with likeminded people so I’m sure the ones who join these groups will have the same or similar goal of making new friends and meeting new people! 🥰 best of luck and don’t stress! 🥹🤍
