just like IOI, they're a project group consisting of solo artists and group that were disbanded. THEY were given a chance by KBS Program "The UNIT" try searching that; it's quite good :(

this is so fucken unfair. with a better company and waaaay better promotion, they would've done so well. the unit produced two wonderful groups and i'm sad uni.t didn't even last a whole year. i'll be rooting for them and their solo endeavors! UNI.T FIGHTING!

Agree..i dont think people sleep on them, it just tht the grp doesnt pick on people interest. Watching them, i do think they r good but the song doesnt gve me the 'i am gonna watch ths again' feeling..so,, their mgt company need to hve strategy to win people's heart. Ths is important to any grp. Anyway, wishing them luck & success cause i do believe they r good & talented

The show kind of failed but they still continued to give them a group and have them promote. It was kind of failing from the beginning despite their talents. The reality is you can give a group promotions but you need to remember how many groups there are. How do you stand out from the rest? It’s not easy. Let’s just enjoy this gem in the time being and support as much as we can

The Unit actually do well on their first few episodes but the promotion are so bad plus the thumbnail for their performance is really bad which is make people not want to watch it

HappyFace's Manager yeah I agree that the show initially did good but it did face a slump. I heard it was because the show advertised itself as helping struggling idols but then the show show upcoming idols which defeated its purpose. It didn’t help that it had both boys and girls to follow so it was hard to follow. After that it never really recovered

All I can think about is how exhausted Yebin must be. She's been promoting flat-out with DIA and now has to go on and promote with Uni.t which means she would've had to learn both songs/choreos at the same time but she never lets it show on her face that she's tired. These girls deserve so much love 💖

Most balance group, they can re-debut anytime, most of their previous/current group didn't go well in music platform, I mean they're not properly promote well. If they come back as a sub-unit & promote well, they will be do good.
