As per your previous vdo, I used RAD cone type filter with seperate small handmade filter for sec air induction. I kept air box as it is. I am observing my sz rr performance. I think it all looks temporary setup to me, I need a free flow filter in the shape of stock paper filter. Anyway thanks for the videos.

Unfortunately no one makes a stock replacement free flow filter for szr, that's why pod filters are the only options.

@@EzMeck I think I will buy a flat type k n filter, cut as per shape of stock filter case and will then fit in.

Bro in fz16 how can I make out the difference between the secondary air induction and the other hose

SAI hose makes popping sound, it breathes in air from the box. The other one, is sometimes oily, breathes out air, makes no sound. It's there to regulate pressure in the crank case. Don't shut it off anyway.

As I said stock yamaha street bikes comes with paper filter, if u talk about filtering paper filter is the best, if you want to increase initial pickup then u can use uni or k&n filters.

A carburettor consist of 3 circuits, pilot circuit needle circuit and main jet circuit, by tuning we can only alter the pilot jet fueling, in highest rpm a carburettor supplies fuel through main jet so without rejetting alone tuning cannot give you the best performance.
