THIS IS 100% my hat and was NOT in the pond. I dropped in one of the manholes in the construction area behind the proudfoots home on Sunday March 24 while searching for Sebastian. Right before going to the construction site with two other people I was searching a building with Seth and his at the time volunteers. It was not in the pond, it was in a manhole, thanks!

I wondering when they actually drained the ponds did they actually check the the drain pipes and sewer grates around the area.

I agree with you on how the ponds were searched. How are these items being found by you now when a reputable search group claims they even used sonar and searched 43 bodies of water? I suppose it could have found it's way in after they searched but just very strange with the roll of plastic that was not found by them either. No stone left unturned, everything is consequential. I wonder about several dams in the area.

Places may have been searched initially (like the riverbank in Riley's case), for a body, not necessarily clues, because he was considered to have walked away at the time.
