Use a muscle rub. In the states I use a genetic to bengay. Spread it around the face, shoulders and up to base of the neck. It heats up and smells bad. But it works. It opens the blood vessels. It takes about 5-9 minutes and it removes the stars or funnel vision and pain.' I am very sorry you are suffering from migraines. I have had them since I was 5. This is a safe and relieves the pain quick. God Bless You!!!❤

😢 I believe you! I have a headache right now! Our weather has been extremely rainy and cold. I am almost 80 years old and my mother used to put mentholatum in her nose and stand over a pot of boiling water to breathe the steam. That helped her sinuses to drain and relieved her headache. I do that too and it helps. I pray you and all of your family feel better soon! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤

홍차를 많이 마시면 좋은점도 있지만 부작용도 많은걸로 알고있어요. 홍차에는 카페인성분과 탄닌성분이 다량 함유가 되어 있어서 너무많이마시면 탈수 현상과 위귀양을 일으킬수도있고 탄닌성분이 철분흡수를 방해할수도 있습니다. 뭐든지 "과유불급" 너무 지나치게 많이먹으면 아무리 좋은음식도 해로울수있어요. 마리얌의 탈수현상도 차를많이마셔서 이뇨작용 때문일수도 있습니다.

I would like to compliment Moslem and Maryam on all the hard work and sacrifices they made in earlier videos to upgrade their home and make it a spacious, clean and wonderfully decorated home to which they can invite guests and be proud of their home. It’s obvious the kids are aware of the lift in social status the upgrade to their home has made to their lives. Top work. We are very proud and humble to be part of this journey.

Sometime headaches are because you're dehydrated. Have your mom drink a cup of water and see how it goes. Winter is the time a lot of people get sick. Speedy recovery to all. Oh, and like your new logo.

Hello, Is there ever any women who decide that married life is not what they want? Do they decide to stay and live with their parents or siblings or relatives until the end of their natural lives? Elderly relatives live with their familys until the end of their lives? In America, there are what are called nursing homes that many elderly are placed in if their familys cannot or do not want to care for them. I believe this is a cruel thing to do. I cared for my Grandmother until she died. Now I care for my Mother who is 89 yars old. Life is much better at home. ❤

The Iranian people have a lot of commitments and respect for their families, especially their parents, and they will take care of them 90% of the time until end of life. They believe that just as they worked hard for their children and did not sleep enough at nights' now it is the children's turn not to lock them in a prison called a nursing home because it is far from humanity and conscience. I visited a few nursing homes in the United States several times, and witnessed inhumane and very sad scenes when I was approached by elderly and completely anonymous people that were crying, depressed and extremely agitated. I can never erase those sad memories from my mind. Especially when those elderly people were begging me to stay with them. also prayed for their own death. Dear friend, thank you so much for your respect and service to your family. Mr. Muslim is a pure and Noble Angel.🙏

I'm not quite sure what's going on with Nemat. But if he told an untruth he does no right from wrong. I would encourage working on that. Telling the truth and why it matters. I've seen comments about his suit. Yes!! He would really like a suit very badly. I would use the suit as somewhat of a bargaining tool. Yes you know how much he wants one but you and I need to work on telling the truth first. Then revisit the suit after some improvement. I don't know if Nemat gets disability monies from the government or how it works there. If so have it so he pitches in. He will be much more appreciative and proud of himself for chipping in. But ya he needs to be encouraged to tell the truth because he does know the difference. I am in no way saying you are doing anything wrong. It's your family but sometimes it helps to see how other people deal with things. I used this method with my son. It works well for him. Not all people are the same. You definitely have different circumstances with Nemat. He'll learn over time

@Bazoft110 You are right. Impulsive. It's very difficult situation. It just takes a lot of time. I work with intellectually and disabled children and vulnerable adults. Also grew up with 2 cousins who were intellectually disabled. They can be taught, but it's very difficult. A lot of patience. I think Moslem is doing a fantastic job with his family. I really love how he loves brother as well.

I am just a KZread viewer like yourself. I followed them every day. Unfortunately, they are residing in a remote area. As far as I know, there is no such a disability program and Nemat is not receiving disability money from the government. He is mentally disabled and has no logic to negotiate with him and Mr. Moslem tried that trick and didn’t work.

I have been suffering from headaches this week from pollen and change of weather. It makes the base of my skull hurt badly. Our weather has been like yours. It also kicked off a toothache. This happens to me all winter long because the weather changes so much during the winter months here in this lousy state that I live in. I take ibuprofen, Tylenol, excedrin. I have been using the heating pad on my neck. Fun times. I know what she’s going through. I hope she feels better soon

Your mother and your wife are always sick with a headache. I believe there is something they are both touching or breathing in that is making them sick. You need to start watching for a pattern . When they have a headache , what were they doing right before or during ? They do the cooking and cleaning and laundry and other things so it could be anything from a cleaning product to a perfume . Try to notice what they are doing in common that sets off their headaches.

Nemat, if you watch all videos, mostly stands around looking, he is able to do minimal acts, but always needs to be told what to do. Also watch his actions. He always scratches and picks at his skin, “adjusts his privates” picks his nose while eating (then reaches for food on a plate that everyone eats from.) No wonder they are all sick! So no I am definitely not a fan of Nemat!

Use a small amout of salt in a cup of warm water. Snort that . Clears out your sinuses

Brings a whole new meaning to the term “Egg. Head”.

Moslem with everybody seeming to have the same symptoms in your home would you check there isn’t gas leaking as that stove is never off and Maryam seems to sit on the floor cooking meals non stop. Using gas bottles here is not as common as it used to be but there was a safety valve added for extra precaution on both ends. I noticed that the gas tube just fits tightly into stoves but there is no actual safety connection. Hopefully you will get the natural gas into your homes soon but you still need a carbon detector in your home as gas leaks don’t smell. Hope you all get well soon especially Maryam who never gets any rest.

yes that sounds very likely. Super important to get it checked by someone who knows how to check for gas safety. keep a door or window open as much as possible when using the gas stove,
