Judges in india are mostly products of nepotism. That's why some of them say "mor ansu se bache paida karta hai", "brahmin are twice born", etc. Basic scientific temper tak nhi hai mostly judges me. Bas collegium se ek dusre ke family members ko recommend karte rehte hain, na koi test na interview. Sirf 200-250 families hi hain iss desh ki higher judiciary me.

@@krnarora bhai lower judiciary me exams hote hain, upper judiciary me collegium system se judges recommend hote hain, without any exams, and recommendations senior judges ki hi Li jaati hain taaki govt se pressurize na ho but ye log apni families me hi khelte rehte ab. Example ke liye last 10 cji dekh and unke papa dekh kya krte the, 3 ke toh papa khud cji hi the.

I watched this after watching Hardik's episode and I must say Jignesh bhai maza aa gaya.. the way you articulate your thoughts is very inspiring.. I learnt a few things from this interview. This one is very special in terms of 1- Poetic- "Yash ki Dharohar" 2- How a pink paper can change the mind of a voter before the election. (Failed drastically by securing 1day / 5year 😀) 3- Giving a thought: If the one who is in power can be sent an MLA to jail without any proof. What can be done to the normal people who are opposing them. 4- Your interview style on top of it. (Always work like Jerry on the cake) ❤️

I hope we get many more leaders like Jignesh. I find him a breath of fresh air.

I met him once in a restaurant in Delhi. Must say he's a very affable & approachable guy. One thing i completely agree with him is that unless we as electorate up our game in terms of accountability then our leaders we will keep delving in such facade politics which is far from ground realities.

Ye Jo jignesh bhaai ne Fruits and Ghee wali baat ki hai.. Wo kaaafi sahi hai. Coz hum jaise lower middle class family mei regular fruits afford krna possible nhi ho paata. Occasionally basis pr thik hai but regular intervals pr nhi . Ghee toh kaafi mehnga hai..

This why we love this show.. Entertaining yet intellectual. This side of politicians is missing n all issues get lost in shor gulla of Pakistan, Hindu Muslim,etc. Nationalism ain't abt shouting anti Pak slogans but following ideals of Bhagat Singh.

amongst the best interview of samdish of any politician..politicians needs to be vocal about their personal life though which we get the glimpse of their personalities intentions views vision n capabilities..n such podcast interviews are the best way to have clarity in public perception..

Hi Team, its a great video and great execution. Just a small error, when he speaks about land allocation, he says 7/12, means that 7/12 extract from the land register. It is not 7 baar (7 times in your english Caption). I am not finding any errors, but a lot of people look for it to create an issue!

This unfiltered with Samdish is amazing. I mean the concept behind this is brilliant, we get to know opinion of every politicians, their personal lives and their views on various social issues in an unfiltered way . But after watching these series, I am now confused to choose a right party because Every politicians you have taken interview seems a very good person from heart or seems logical and they belongs to different political parties 😀 but anyway keep it up samdish 👍
