My challeneges 1- no eating of junk food more than once a week 2nd - finish. All daily targets 3rd - less than everyday phone watchtime. I.e - less than 2 hr a day Hopes.... I will update everytime

The other thing is change your thinking patters.... Learn to remain calm n peaceful in every situation.... Hello Harman Bhaiya. I am a JEE 2023 ADV aspirant. Have my exam a month later. I am IN for this challenge I dont use social media so would follow you on KZread. My daily targets. 1 - do 15 min meditation 2 - study for 10hrs daily (revision) 3 - solve adv level questions 4 - reduce screen time. Nothing random other then lectures 5 - give my body proper sleep and water. After my exam ends next month will start learning coding. It would replace task 2nd and 3rd.
