I always try get Alakazam on my playthrough as well! Something about it being a trade evolution always made it so much more appealing seeing as not many people could get it.

My favorite Pokemon from 151 is the Zapdos SIR since all 3 legendary birds are there. I am just grateful to be living and able to enjoy Pokemon just like everyone else.

Hey Phil, you mentioned the cards looking so much better in person than in a photo. I 100% agree. The Ace Spec cards actually look so cool in person, and they feel much better quality then the rest of the cards for some reason. They are slightly thicker too. Did you notice that as well?

It's curious how the Pokémon that reminds me the most of gratitude is Entei. It brings back my earliest memory of a sacrifice my mother made for me, during the release of Pokémon 3 movie where Entei is the main Pokémon. We had to travel to another city because ours didn't have a cinema. When we arrived, tickets were only available for a showing 4 hours later. Despite being tired, my mother stayed by my side to watch the movie with me so as not to disappoint me, and then we traveled back home. I'm very grateful to have a mother who always does her best to see me well and happy. Whenever I see Entei, I remember that moment. I almost forgot, my favorite Pokémon of the original 151 is Bulbasaur, but the trading card I liked the most from the collection was Poliwhirl's.

My favourite 151 Pokémon is Blastoise. Always hits that nostalgia when I pull a Blastoise as it takes me back to pulling a base set Blastoise when I was a kid. I’m grateful for my health and having a roof over my head.

Favorite original Pokemon was Gyarados! And I’m thankful for a lifetime of nostalgia that’s still going strong with a worldwide community. Even my mom still plays Pokemon Go!

It's tought to pick 1 favorite to rule then all but i would have to say Raichu is my favorite. Ive always love pointy lines in artwork and raichu's tail and ears just visiually are great for me. The sleepy raichu in paldea evolved i've been chasing for so long i could have bought 10 of them. And im greatful for my beautiful baby boys. Oldest is 5, middle is 2 and we just had another boy 2 weeks ago on the 23rd. Im a very blessed man eventbough life aint easy but nothing worth it is ever easy. Love the channel but i really do. Breath of fresh air in the oversaturated space but yiu have amazing vibes, sound advice and not scared to share your stories that life aint easy. Its a great message for todays kids that get way too much false expectations.

My favorite 151 pokemon is definitely the Charizard full art, absolutely fire card with the red background. I am grateful for my wonderful family.

My favorite pokemon from 151 would probably be Ditto. He's often overlooked but his abilities can be surprising. I'm grateful to share my love of Pokémon with my children because it's not just about the games and characters-it's about the joy of exploring a world together, bonding over shared experiences, and creating lasting memories that bridge generations.

Pikachu will always be my favorite, I know it's cliche but he makes me smile daily lol...I'm so grateful for my family, they are my rocks and I am thankful everyday :)

Incredible artwork.

My partner and I just rescued a dog and I’m super grateful for the joy he brings us both. We can see and feel HIS gratitude every day as we try to help him feel safe and loved. Plus it’s kinda like having a Pokemon in real life! 😅 My favorite 151 is Raichu! I pulled a holo Dark Raichu from the Team Rocket set when I was a kid and thought it was an error. Turns out it was just the first secret rare ever! Super sick card and Pokemon that’s always overshadowed by its pre-evolved form.

The emotes look so good man! I’m sadly not at a place to be a member on channels right now but just know they’re super awesome and I hope others will enjoy them too! My fave 151 Pokémon though has got to be blastoise, just because as a kid I always wondered where it got the water from to pump the cannons and my friends and I essentially made the equivalent that blastoise is a camel and holds water for hours and hours lol Love the box break idea! I’ll be interested to see where you go with this kinda content in the future

Awesome to see you rip some packs! My favourite 151 pokemon is Cloyster. Dunno if anyone remembers from the anime, but Ash's Kingler was battling a Cloyster and Kingler was hammering away at Cloyster's defensive shell and dude it was landing some naaasty shots. Kingler eventually broke through and cracked the shell... but despite Cloyster's loss, his bravery and perseverance really touched me even as a little kid. When times are tough, Cloyster reminds me to stay strong! I'm grateful to have him by my side and love that Pokemon is still in my life till this day.

Gengar is my fav! I’m grateful for having a partner who enjoys pokemon/card collecting just as much as myself! 🎉

My favorite card is a toss up in this one, Poliwhirl looks SOOOOOO serene!! But the Chansey sitting on the bench is also adorable. So it’s tough to decide. On top of that I am grateful for having a spouse that is as supportive as they are. I have been buying etb’s for years, but having someone now that gets excited to open packs with me and sort cards and go to card shops to buy singles has made it SO much more enjoyable. Congrats on the Infernape, we pulled one a month or so ago and it’s grown on me too.

Favorite 151 is Charmander! Even though he doesn’t get as much attention as Charizard or other gen 1s, there’s something about the little mon with fire at the end of his tail that made me fall in love with him when I was a kid!

Charmander! I'm forever grateful I picked him on that fateful day in 1999 when I picked him the first time I inserted that Pokemon red cartridge in my Gameboy. It probably took battling 80 geodudes to realize that Pokemon types along with strengths/weaknesses were a thing

Hands down favourite 151 is the poliwhirl IR! Absolutely beautiful artwork featuring poliwhirl looking at its own image amidst the reflections of the city lights. Still trying to pull it 😅. Something else I'm grateful for is just being well, we take for granted how lucky we are to be healthy and we should all cherish this (and rip more packs!)

Weird I know but my favorite by far is the full art Poliwhirl because of 2 things. 1. Oh my god the blue glossy swirly rain art looks so calming and pretty like a picturesque rainy night and 2. it reminds me of Red's Poliwag evolving and saving his life in the manga which was such a huge part of my childhood as I'm sure it was for you! My favorite card is cleffa from obsidian flames. The shooting star reminds me that everyday I wake up in good health with beautiful family and friends a dream came true. I’m grateful for this realization and for Pokémon everyday of my life.

My favourite 151 pokemon is Pidgeotto. Playing through the games as a child Pidgey would always be my first catch and I would be super excited to get it to level 18. As a kid not realising you could cancel evolutions I used to hate the dreaded level 36 when I’d have to say goodbye to my Pidgeotto forever😢 I’m grateful for my two young children who are happy healthy little Pokemon lovers just like their father!❤

My favorite Pokemon from 151 was Venusaur special illustration rare I like how he's sitting in a field of flowers blending in. Really like the show brother appreciate all that you're doing for the community.

I packed the charizard earlier this week but hands down has to be the zapdos, i think its got a high prospect for the future having all 3 legendary bird in such amazing detail!!!

Though not the most popular of the 3 starters, I love the BULBASAUR line. Here in the Philippines, S&V 151 packs are so expensive and hard to find now, that's why I haven't opened a single pack yet. Fortunately, I found a great deal online and I bought a 151 binder collection. To be grateful for my age and life and acquiring the long-awaited and most desired 151 packs, I'll be opening the packs next month on my birthday. Haha I really can't wait! Hoping to pull the bulbasaur or ivysaur or venusar. If not pulled, I'm still thankful 😁

Difficult to choose a favorite Gen 1 pokémon as I started with Gen 2 (Gold game), but out of all the 151, I think Bulbasaur or Ivysaur is those Im mostly fond of. I'm grateful to be back collecting cards, since it's been... about 22 years since the last time I actively collected pokémon cards. Got back into it in March this year. Unfortunately all the cards I had back in my youth are gone after moving around a lot.

My favorite 151 Pokemon has to be Gengar! Purple is my favorite color and Gengar is just so iconic. I'm grateful for all the family and friends that supported me as a graduated with my degree in Computer Science this year! 💜
