I didn't do any troubleshoot thingy, I just press the keys you said then it load and got back to the desktop immediately. thx btw.

I can't believe this. I kept pressing switching from f2, f8, f12, esc + delete. I was able to reset. thanks a lot. you just saved me thousands.
