As of 2/3/23 Steel City Interactive have posted an update that this issue has been patched. This will impact their ability to queue with players that aren't routinely disconnecting from online fights. Players that reach 'poor sportsmanship' can reduce their poor sportsmanship score by ensuring they finish more online matches. Players that are disconnecting from online matches too often will be warned that they're almost at 'poor sportsmanship' status, and players will be notified when their poor sportsmanship score is high enough to place them in low-priority online queues.

That should be applied to League of Legends but the CPU should take over and what happens is that your reputation goes down when you try to a Connect into another game and therefore you have to work your way back up to be trustworthy in reputation for notoriety in competitive online play

the ragdoll movement is also annoying me alot, a lot of the punches seem like those dreams you have where you try to punch someone but you lack strength

I use Shawn porter and have to face sugar rays and Crawfords all the time. So hard and frustrating to face them at times and I never rage quit

Was fixed this morning bro this isn’t Ubisoft or EA they seem to care about their community!

in gears 5 when players rage quit, they have to play a non-ranked game for a duration. Rage quitters should have to serve mandatory 5-10 unranked matches per quit. After a while they need to be kicked out.

That's honestly the reason I only play on my 0-0 accounts.. I got tired of my wins never counting and people quitting counting as losses for me...

If someone gets "disconnected" it should immediately react as though their corner has thrown in the towel and you win by forfeit. That would fix the problem.

Rage quitting is bad for everyone involved, you only get better by playing better people and that's one of the things I've heard constantly through my gaming journey, if you rage quit and there is no penalty it doesn't encourage you to NOT rage quit, in turn you don't get better, and it makes you more comfortable with losing and knowing you can just quit out with no consequences and come back later to try again, you might even win but that person had the same skill set or worse than you there can be no improvement, hopefully ppl start to at least get timed out, I haven't played fight night in forever and haven't tried undisputed yet but gonna check it out if it's for Xbox.

There really needs to be a consequence for range quitting I'm just really sick and tired of players rage quitting just because they were about to lose in a game it's really irritating and embarrassing

Ayyyy DX Sniper plays some undisputed lol hope you liking the boxing system tho, I understand that rage quitting stuff because it sucks that people rage quitting and they don't get penalized for it.

I’m excited for this game because it looks like a lot of fun to play and it seems to emphasize shot selection and movement which I’m all for. Having said that, watching this Canelo Alvarez player was frustrating because he had a lot of opportunities to throw some body shots and he didn’t take them because he was hell bent on head hunting and he also gave you a lot of openings to exploit and you did a great job finding those holes. I’m hoping I can get my hands on a PC soon so I can play it and what’s helpful is that the control scheme is largely the same as Fight Night Champion so it’ll be easy to transition and find a go to fighter. Great Vid man.

Played this game for at least 6 hours today and it has a lot of potentials. Here are a Pros and cons list and hope the makers of the game can look and have these changes quick cause how the game is rn it won't make it long Pros: Graphics are nice you can tell with quick action this game could be good once they iron these things out Cons: The value of strikes is not there. Punches need to do more damage. Judging is more than awful They only value jabs it seems after all my games and nothing else hooks mean virtually nothing. The movement needs to be ironed out. Needs to be stamina-based rocks like ufc games Like when u are running out of stam you get rocked easier the block needs to break easier this will give more value to countering and slipping needs instant replay of highlights and kos after fight more damage needs to appear throughout the fight glitch where when players are turning off their pcs you do not get the win for the leave punches look and feel very choppy and some strikes feel useless like uppercuts These are a few things I thought of slightly disappointed I know its early access and the team is small but needs a lot of work for how long they worked on it. Wish them the best of luck but they are gonna need more tkos and kos if they want this game to last seems like you have pillows on your hands The game will be good once they fix these things but it needs to happen fast BOL

Lol this more of a cons list too be fair. Again they are a huge company like a EA but they fixing shit. I love everything I see so far and there staff. Remember it came out on PC first for a reason. And it’s too iron out a lot of shit. And mostly smoother gameplay. They shouldn’t rush anything. People just need too be more patient. TikTok has rotten our brains. It take time too make a good game and even then people will always complain.

Haven't played yet but have loved many boxing and kickboxing games over the years and am psyched for this to release on home consoles! Looks like gameplay from Fight Night Rd. 2 but with parry, haymaker and special punch mechanics removed? Am I missing anything crucial?

Bro the devs actually used the Unity engine to make this game, that is mad!!! Why not go with Unreal Engine 4 then upgrade the game to unreal engine 5 when it comes out? Much more stable than Unity. Respect to them for using Unity as it aint easy lol

I bought the game cuz I wanted to get in on the ground floor but I won't be putting any real time into the game until the campaign and training modes are added in. This game is too hard for me to learn while in a fight I want a training mode.

Spot on! I also mentioned this on a blog as well and suggested they tag them with a loss and give the win to the gamer who had their time wasted by the rag quitter. Continue using your platform to spread the word and perhaps Steel City will find a way to program in the penalty. This is why I quit playing FNC. Thanks for your effort!

Undisputed looking more fluent now since that earlier access build. However this new game same problems situation I hope that gets resolved. Like I could maybe see a resign button mechanic that officially has its own cutscenes before the winner is announced, but this quitting out of nowhere spoils the fight experience, and the integrity of competitive e sports boxing as you mentioned. We already witnessed this in the Top 100 scene on Fight Night, surely history doesn't repeat itself here. Other then that comical divine of a video, yeah fellas really be saying just wait until ESBC only for those words to age like milk when they rage quit 😂🤝.

Does the ring make any sound? From what I've seen when somebody gets knocked out and hit the mat I don't hear anything. Maybe it's in the game but also can't hear the ring ropes when the fighter is leaning on them. I know the game won't be perfect but it's long overdue. Hopefully the commentaries not repetitive and stale.

Listen people who rage quit or lose connection should be given a Loss and put in a player pool where there's a bunch of rage quitters and if you lose connection..... tough shit. The player that didn't lose connection should be credited with a win.

i legitimately lost connection on about 3 fights yesterday and in plugged in through the wire.... i hope there is a way to tell the difference.

Yeah about 25% of my matches dropped while I was playing and I was hardwired. I think it's a server issue they're having problems with.

A couple things they need to fix, in game is the minutes you can customize before you start a match. As far as Mechanics for online play, they need to fix the holding in the clinch situation and the fundamental movement in fighting the style you want so you can trap a good counter shot to win trades. Either way I will give it a b-minus it is a decent game has a ton of problems to fix but it is definitely on its way to becoming a good Complete product

theyve done an update to include "poor sportsmanship" if you dc from matches, which is actually a kinda smart idea, so there is a penalty. they need to do something about hook spammers though.

Thsi gameplay shows a big problem too. They need to Budd boxer punchers, the fast fighters have such a big advantage. Most fights end up being the same; Sugars, Alis, and Furys. Anything else you're on a severe disadvantage.

Serious question cause i don't know but is there a way to tell if there was a connection issue vs a rage quit? If not, do you think that it would be a good idea to add that function into these new console games? Also, there should be a rage quit counter, meaning, if someone rage quits 3 times in a month, then they should be suspended for that month. If that person had a connection issue and it clearly wasn't their fault, then they shouldn't be punished. Just thinking and it may sound stupid

The problem is if you are accustomed to playing on the left side of the screen and never played on the right side and then randomly get thrown on the right side during an online match it is infuriating frustrating. Now you have to figure out the movements from scratch and it just doesn't work. That's why people rage quit. I have been playing boxing games since original fight night and always on the left side of the screen. When switched to the right my muscle memory doesn't cooperate and I just can't play it. Until the developer fixes this shit the rage quitting will remain a problem because I'm not the only one that can't play the right side. Duh.

The left side issue is something that doesn't get talked about enough. I used to play FN2004-R3 with my brothers on PS2 and we used to coin flip for the left side. Eventually I adapted to playing on the right side but it's not intuitive. I hope they add a feature where you can at least choose to be locked to the left side if you prefer
